The process to have our own item engraved was easy and the service was fantastic! The communication from the customer service representatives was fast and they always followed up with me, which I really appreciated. I am totally satisfied with my experience. The product arrived 2 days after I ordered it (reasonable extra fee) and Things engraved offered constant follow-ups. I am also totally satisfied with the product I ordered.

The product is good but the postage is not. An expedited parcel set to be delivered in 1 business day took 4
Days to arrive. Paid for ought to be delivered as advertised.

I received a wine glass and a whiskey glass. Both look great and the price was very reasonable. They were very quick to deliver as well! Would recommend.

Ordering was easy and I was consulted to ensure it was what I wanted with a mock up and they made requested adjustments - received exactly what I wanted and it is good quality

Glass looks ok and engraving letters look nice. However, the glass is made in China and the engraving seems to fade in certain areas even though the tumbler is brand new.

the track system is not great i do not want to use shop

I like that the company responds fast and gives good service, but they messed up my shipping adress and when it got back to them they only shipped it back to me the next week. Missing the gift day it was for. Onto of that payed for reshipping it to me and didn't get it back the same week.
