Bought a present from the website for my fathers 92nd birthday. Asked Dani if it would be delivered by a certain date and it was, communication was excellent throughout, quick responses to questions and chases. The guys also added a card to the present wishing my father a Happy Birthday which was a nice touch and he appreciated.

Was my first trip to Arsenal stadium and I saw this shop that was open beforehand. They had great paraphernalia and I was intrigued. I asked him to hold a few items for me until l returned after the game. Not only did he do that but he ended up gifting my son and I some game day scarfs and a few programs.

I got some great stuff and my office is the recipient of Danny's merchandise and good nature. Can't say enough good things about this place.

I got my multi signed Arsenal shirt framed and shipped to Norway. It was a fantastic result and we are so pleased with the service from Matchday shop. The shirt was framed in a way I not have found in Norway ,that's the reason I got Matchday shop to do the job. I can recomend the framing , the service and the price for framing and shipping. Well done to Matchday shop😄

Next steps is this trader then says the review copied from a mail I had from Trust pilot (We’re just following up about your review of thematchdayshop.com, which was flagged for containing harmful or illegal content.) Neither of those are true. Seems to me that he does not like the truth. The facts are there for all to see and as said I have photos to prove it. Next steps will be to publish on social media if you keep on being untruthful and lying about what happened!

I told the truth which can be backed up by the screen shots of the X conversation. Minor cosmetic damage? No it was scratched all over. Blocked for telling the truth? Well that is something else! Also Malicious messages? I said getting a freebie and all that was not my quest! I only wanted what I paid for! How is that malicious? I will visit you when I am down at the Emirates so you can say this to my face! You are a second rate dealer that is over priced and over rated at best. I wish I had not wasted my time and money. You rip off Sports fans with over inflated prices. Now tell me otherwise. Trading standards from Islington Council will also be informed of the sub standard and knocked off designs you sell!

Not the best experience I have had. The trophy arrived packaged well, however, it was scratched In several places. It was returned as discussed with the owner. Communication was poor at best. Then he said he would pay return postage. I had to keep messaging to find out what was going on? Eventually he replied that 24 hours ago he refunded to the bank card. No sign, then the following day had a mail saying refund issued. No return postage as he did not have my details? He had the payment pard details. So all in all I paid a fiver for nothing in return. We have spent well over 1.3k in his shop, this time was the last asi am not prepared to spend hard earned money to be treated like that. Or to keep getting poor quality goods in return. Shame that this has happened again, but once bitten twice shy. Excuse of being busy is not good enough. Quick enough to advertise and take the money though eh! Would I recommend? No is my honest answer, sadly I cannot recommend as I have had more negatives than positives now. I have photos to prove everything including the messages received!

Bought from Dan for many years, always had a great experience. Only issue I ever had was a faulty sign (not the shop’s fault it was a manufacturing error) and they replaced it immediately. That kind of service is what makes me a repeat customer.

We asked if we get the signed picture we liked shipped to our home address to save us from carrying it around the ground and potentially damaging it. They were more than happy with do this and delivered the signed picture within 2-3 days!

A hassle free service and helpful from the start, we will be purchasing from here again.
