The bar stools I received for my business were elegant and durable. Great price, but the cost of shipping was a bit too much especially how horrible the shipping company was.

I would give 5 stars. But I absolutely hate how long it takes for the product to come in.

Great sales and service. Jane was really nice to work with. Product we purchased was a nice quality and heavy duty construction. Great experience.

I've recently purchased an order from superior seating, and I wouldn't leave a five stars review if I got my order correctly.
Customer service 9/10 (She answered my every single questions, even sometime she doesn't have the answer, she always call me back when she found out)
Quality 10/10 (The table and chairs are absolutely fantastic, they are better than all other ones I got before from other companies, I been this business more then 8 yrs.)
Price 9/10 (Price is definitely SUPERIOR, very hard to find a better price for the same product, there was only one I see that is little lower, but with much higher shipping fee)
Shipping time 8/10 (From the date I placed my order to the date I received my order, total took 2 weeks. Little long for me, but when they said they will be here, they made it.)

I will definitely recommend this company to everyone I know that need to buy restaurant furniture, and I will definitely go for them if I ever need tables and chairs again.

Good jobs, good price and ontime .

We furnished our renovated office with Superior's metal chairs, cafe tables, and stools. They had the industrial style we wanted with some added features, like wooden seats. Delivery for the models we wanted took longer than we wanted but we were very happy when they did come in.

The ordering process was very smooth and the representatives were responsive and helpful. The delivery window was very large (11am-4pm) and the delivery driver refused to bring the 50 stools down to my establishment- all they would do was load them off the truck. I was by myself and had to carry all of them down several flights of stairs. I paid several hundred dollars to have them delivered, so this was disappointing.

My order consisted of 12 reclaimed wood table tops .
Pros; They are great, well crafted and add to the appearance of the restaurant.
Cons; no hardware included (my bad) I should of asked, being reclaimed, sanded I didn't think there would be such deep divots in the wood.Food particles will get in and be difficult to clean. need to find a soft brush or other to prevent.
These are heavy tables if in a spot that you pull tables together for larger groups be prepared. All said I am happy with my purchase

Experienced a major issue on perceived order vs actual order. After working through the situation which was handled impeccably from superior seating and adjoining trucking company we were able to find an amicable resolve for both parties. We actually ended up ordering all of our bar stools from them due to the way the other circumstances were handled and resolved.
