If i could, i would rate them -10. 36 days to deliver the items which were intended for xmas presents, guess what? delivered 3 weeks after Xmas. Tried many times to cancel the order but they kept saying items were in transit and it was not possible. Products also are really poor quality. Totally dissatisfied. Stay away from this platform!

I bought some things from this site at the beginning of December, thinking this was a U.K. based company and was told I would receive my order within a few days.
Like everybody else, it was only when I got the dispatch email, that I realised they are shipping from China. The tracking information showed this parcel travelled the World but never arrived at my address.
I contacted customer service and told them I wanted a full refund and went around in circles with no help or refund being offered.
Last week I received a beaten up package, containing my order, 5 weeks after their delivery date. There was a return address on the package for a distribution centre in the U.K. I looked them up and everybody is saying that they are also scammers and not to return anything to that address.
So I contacted the joke that is customer service. I have been going around in circles and today was offered a £5 refund and that I can keep the parcel. That is not even 10% of what I paid. I was also told that the customer service representative could only afford to give me that much because they have to refund money from their own pocket. This company is honestly disgusting and have the audacity to treat their customers terribly. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!
PS This is my second time writing a review because Trustpilot removed my 1st review claiming I had written a review without ever buying from this absolute scam of a company and even though I proved I had purchased they never put my review back up.

A very bad experience! Firstly on agreeing a price the company overcharged me without letting me know. Then it took over a month for delivery. The item was intended as a present but when it arrived the packaging was simply a plastic bag and the box was crushed. The actual product was really poor quality and I was offered £3.00 compensation! Certainly couldn't be given as a gift.
They get back to emails to start with and then completely ignore you.
I would definitely not recommend this company to anyone and will never order from them again.
The product, a football table would have lasted about 5 minutes if used. It's been passed on to the charity shop!
Have just found out that sincerskilled cones under the Bartona umbrella and if you Google them they're definitely bad news, be very careful to avoid them as it appears that they collect personal details including payment methods and pass it on to goodness knows who!

I got these for my daughter for when we go on vacation later this year to a location that will have a lot of beaches that may have rocks and where beach shoes like this will be very important.

Avoid like the plague!

Ordered 2 DuraBite For Heavy Chewers dog toys as they claimed that they are indestructible. After less than a day both toys were coming apart at the seams which the company claim are triple stitched. Contacting customer support was a waste of time as they won't accept that the goods are inferior and not as described.

These sneakers lasted a full year of playground madness from my six year old son. He wore them till they had holes, refusing to wear anything else, lol. So we bought him the same sneaker one size up. He loves them!!

I bought 2 pairs of fleece leggins medium size. There is no way they are a medium! I'm a size 10-12 and I couldn't even pull them up over my thighs. They are also too short! I'm only 5' 2" and they were too short for me. They are like a UK petite size 6! I asked for a refund and was told if they don't fit I should give them to someone else and order a bigger pair 😳 Don't order anything from this company!

My son AND husband both have a pair of these. My son is in his second pair since he outgrew his last pair. He loves these shoes. His last pair held up really well considering how hard he plays in them. My husband had a pair as a kid and decided he wanted another pair as an adult.

First time purchase for my 2 grandsons xmas toys £38.84. Provided fake updates for the delivery, customs checks. If you used your credit card contact your bank immediately. Min has recovered my payments. Low life people. Dont use.

I purchased 2 pairs of fleece pants from a Facebook advert, size 16-18. They arrived and were of good quality but very very small and short. I asked for an exchange and/or refund. They asked for a photo and I sent them 2, one of which was next to a similar item from Matalan, size 14, standard length to compare. Their only suggestion is that I give them to someone else!! I'm in the process of taking it up with Paypal.

I purchased two durabite toys...advertised for heavy chewers! One was not the one I ordered and the other my dog who is 18 months old destroyed in 30 minutes.
I paid by PayPal so reported to them, they were as useful as a chocolate teapot, they told me to send them back to China for a refund, the chances I would see that refund I would say is zero, and I would have to pay the postage to send as well!!
I'm not going to see any refund I know...left me frustrated to say the least.
Please AVOID!!!!!

I ordered 3 Buddha stone drums way before Christmas had an email to say they had arrived in the uk the week before Christmas and I have not heard anything else from them. I’m still waiting for them.to arrive. I definitely wouldn’t order anything else from them.

I am very upset that the order I placed for my grandson’s Xmas present came 7 weeks later.

Customer service is appalling and I can’t get a proper answer from them, just goes around in circles.

Please do not buy from this company as they are scammers because the replacement item identical to the one I ordered from them cost £14 cheaper.

So now I have to bite the bullet and except that I will never be able to get a refund. They should not be allowed to trade and cannot work out why they are still allowed.

I am one very unhappy customer and will never buy from them again.

Avoid at all costs. Products purchased from this site do not perform as intended. I have been in contact with customer services for over a week now and the best I'm being offered is 20% refund on my order (offered £2 when my order of two durabite toys for heavy chewers cost £19.98).
These durabite toys do not perform as intended, a small terrier was able to rip it apart after a few short hours of playing with it.
"Heavy chewers" does not equate to a small terrier.

Very disappointed in product and even more so in custom service. Surely if a product is defective/does not perform as advertised, full refund is expected as per consumer rights.

Do not buy from this company! I ordered 2 pairs fleece leggings, size uk 10/12 - they took one month to come via goodness knows where! When they eventually arrived they were absolutely tiny, never in this world a uk 10/12. Customer service shocking, I returned to the return address on the parcel, copying them in on the proof of sending, and followed by proof of delivery. They have said today as there is nothing wrong with the quality they will not refund!! I have escalated the case with PayPal

Avoid at all costs! Why is this company still allowed to operate? Instagram shouldn't allow them to advertise. Bought a Flynova PRO for a stocking filler, as with all the other reviews had no idea it was coming from the US. Anyway charged it fully and thought I'd have a go on Xmas Eve - completely dead, no way of switching it on. Emailed the company for a refund but no answer then read all these reviews.... obviously no point in contacting them again but it really is daylight robbery, small value items, make it impossible to get a refund (despite their T&C's) they must be raking it in!

Like other customer i was scammed by this company. I ordered super warm cosy legging it said. .It seemed cosy but the materials are very cheap and the sizing is not great .I tried to contact the seller or company but no website at all. They said the item from US but i think not. Beware stop buying from this company. Very poor quality and no guarantee.
