I can highly recommend humm. They are very quick to respond, and their professionalism is of the highest standard. The team is efficient, helpful, and always provides excellent support.

I was in Harvey Norman's looking at the laptops, thinking, I would love to buy one, but where would I get the money, as there is a lot more to buying the laptop, all the hidden costs. The laptop was 600, and I would have to pay 1000 to get the full package. Then a staff member came up to me and interrupted my negative thought process, and I asked the question; he broke down the price. Then he suggested I apply to Humm. That the application was easy and fairly fast at getting back to people. I went home and applied; I took a picture of my driver's license front and back, an easy process. A couple of hours later, I got my reply. I was over the moon and went and got the laptop I wanted; it was so reasonable. I am paying back 84 euros a month, which is 21 euros a week; I would spend it on sweets or takeaways. So thank you, humm. I will be back.

Once pre-approved very easy to use online. Although an improvement would be to give an option for you to chose a bigger deposit to pay.

Pro - after a couple of false starts, I got the loan I wanted. So, I got there.
Cons - once the loan is approved, you're taken back to the Humm webpage, not the store you were shopping with. Do I return to the store page, stay here and buy through this page, or is there a link back? None of this was clear.

The service works, but needs a lot of work to be called seamless.

The process to use humm was very straightforward.It outlined the relevant documentation it would need later in the process.And was all wrapped up inside five to ten minutes. Great process.
