Unfortunately after ordering your product I discovered I was unable to take it due to a conflict with my current medication. Jessica from customer service handled my cancelation and refund with fantastic customer service. She was polite kind and truly an asset to your company. She went above and beyond my expectations, the best customer service I have ever experienced

I have to say I'm a little worried…

I have to say I'm a little worried because the customer support has not responded to me and I find that very nerve-wracking when you place your order there's a box that says 25% off but you're so anxious to get the product you don't realize it's 25% off if you get a subscription type of order which means renewable order oh my god I've been trying to reach support to either cancel my order so I can reorder without the subscription or to ask them to just add on the normal price so that I don't be stuck with a renewable order and no one has yet to respond you don't even get an automatic email back to say we got your email and we will be getting back to you soon Plus there's no phone number I'm going to make sure I never order from anywhere again where there's no way to call and get a live person so albeit , I have not got my order yet it's not time for it to get here but I'm already worried just because customer support has been non-responsive . I will follow up once I get my product , if I get my product and if I'm able to cancel this renewable subscription that I never intended so be careful when you're ordering and read very slow and carefully

Seriously a game changer for my overall health

Seriously a game changer for my bloating and gut health! I’ve been using Sabel consistently for a few weeks now, and my energy feels more steady throughout the day, my digestion has improved, and I’ve even noticed better skin and less inflammation overall. It’s easy to take, tastes much smoother than other black seed oils I’ve tried, and feels incredibly high quality and fresh. This has quickly become a crucial part of my daily routine.

Good product!

Been using this for a couple weeks now and genuinely feel like I’ve noticed a big difference in my day to day. Modern day cleanse without the price tag. I had no issues with their customer service. They were very helpful when I needed to get my address changed.

Terrible Company

Avoid at all costs. You will make a purchase and then discover that you have a subscription, which they then can't find to cancel. Total scam (for you Americans, that means a total rip off). Daylight robbery.

Our subscriptions are set up so you receive multiple reminder emails before any renewal, plus the ability to cancel — so something clearly went wrong here and we want to fix it immediately. Worst Customer Service ever!!

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced, we are now nearly a month from purchase and still no product arrival and according to the tracking it has been on more planes than my summer vacation, it would appear, that if not coming from China, it is coming from the African Continent that is purported to originated!! Numerous contact originally ignored and blindly ignored requests for refund. Strong inclination that this product will NEVER arrive, please think carefully before ordering, probably use a trusted supplier like amazon or Holland and Barrett etc.

For context on the shipping: our black seed oil is cold-pressed in the Ethiopian Highlands, which is part of what makes the product different — but it also means international logistics, and when carriers route packages through multiple hubs, the tracking can look chaotic even when the package is moving. That's an explanation, not an excuse. We're actively working on faster fulfillment for exactly this reason.

Order never turned up - NO REFUND!!

After nearly 3 weeks my order has still not been delivered. Efforts to contact their support for and answer and refund have been useless.

I would advise against using them at all.

Bought this kind of as a last resort

Bought this kind of as a last resort. I’ve spent way too much money on probiotics, fiber stuff, digestive enzymes, you name it. Like multiple hundreds of dollars over the past year and nothing really moved the needle.
The bloating after meals was the worst part for me. By like 6pm everyday I had to unbutton my pants and I’m not even kidding I owned “bloated jeans” and “regular jeans.” My wife kept telling me to just go to the doctor again but I already had and they basically told me everything looked normal which was infuriating because clearly something was NOT normal lol.
Anyway started taking 2 softgels at night about 5 weeks ago. First few days I’ll be honest I felt kind of off, headache and a weird metallic taste, almost stopped taking it but I read on their site that’s pretty normal at the start so I pushed thru. By like day 5 or 6 something shifted. The heaviness in my stomach that I genuinely thought was just my normal at this point.. gone. I ate a whole dinner last week and didn’t feel that brick feeling after, I almost cried lol.
Also and this is random but my sugar cravings have basically disappeared? I used to NEED something sweet after dinner every night and now I just don’t think about it. No idea if thats related but it started around the same time.
Couple things to know - it’s not cheap, $40 is more than I usually spend on a supplement. And it’s not instant, you have to actually take it consistently. But after wasting money on stuff that did literally nothing this is the first thing in a long time that I can actually feel working.
Already ordered a second bottle. Would 100% recommend if you’ve tried everything else and you’re tired of being told nothings wrong with you
