I canceled my membership in January and even emailed them to confirm it was canceled. I received an email back saying that yes, it was canceled. On March 18th I received an email and credit card charge renewing my membership. This company has no way to call them and you're forced to send an email or text and then wait "1-2 days for a response because they're so busy". I would never do business with them again!

Actioned against my request in a timely manner.

I had a problem with a product I ordered less than 6 months ago. It was resolved in a very timely and professional manner and to my complete satisfaction. I try to be pretty selective with my purchases, but sometimes things happen. And that is why customer service is very important! I recommend Public Goods 100%! 😊

I really do enjoy Public Goods products, they are clean safe and well priced. The membership fee is more than manageable and have been a repeat customer for years. Recently I had to cancel as I have not been purchasing as much and thier customer support team was top notch, they were kind, understanding and helped me to cancel without issue and quickly. I've been with Public Goods since 2019. Public Goods has always had good products and good customer service. I have no complaints with them. Recently I lost access to my account and Margot did an amazing job at helping me recover my account.
