Very pleased with how Procamera shop handled all my queries. Had a wedding to shoot on the Saturday at end of week and in 2 days had the lens. I took the option of paying by bank transfer to get an extra 3% discount and they provided email notification as my purchase moved through each stage to delivery. Price was very competitive when compared with other UK suppliers and have confidence that if any issues with Lens (hope not) will be dealt with the same professional and courteous manner. Would highly recommend.

My Canon lens arrived on time and in perfect condition, and the customer service was brilliant.

My initial enquiries by emails about a pair of Swarovision binoculars were responded to swiftly. The tone of messages was friendly and helpful. The 3% discount using direct bank transfer meant a significant saving. I ordered on Tuesday and the item arrived via UPS on Friday, within the timescale of 1-5 days delivery specified on the website. A positive experience which should be the case when an expensive item is purchased online.

Bought a Sony RX100 at a very good price but it took 5 days to get here. Order delayed by security check involving sending copy of latest utility bill which I provided on the same day as the order. I buy off the internet all the time but I've never had to do this before....very strange?? Ordered 12pm Wed but not dispatched until Friday due to security check. Website says orders shipped next day delivery but actually it's next Working day so didn't get here until Monday afternoon. Good communication but if you want it ASAP keep an eye on your emails after you place order so that you can send a copy of utility bill and avoid adding to lead time. If you don't check your email for a few days you'll probably be looking at 7 days or more.

Purchased a Canon G12 from ProCameraShop and the whole experience was perfection. I wish all online companies performed as good as these, I used the bank transfer option to make my purchase which was quick and easy, I even amended the delivery address without any issues or delays. They are the most competitively price camera shop and I would definitely use them again. First rate there is no better.
