Primeloops is one of the premiere loop samples company, that provides professional samples that music producers, composers, and arrangers can rely on for any aspect of their music creation projects. The tech support division is very prompt in helping resolving any issue I may have with any products I have purchase from them. When it comes to buying samples that I need to use, without signing up for any time of subscriptions and proper licenses for uses of samples, Primeloops is the best to-go company to use for enhancing your music projects. I have been customer of Primeloops for over 7 years, and will continue to be a "Prime" customer in the foreseeable future.

Prime Loops have been my favourite sample pack suppliers since I found them. The customer service has always been a 5/5, even when they were going through the process of changing their website layout. Would recommend this website to anyone who is looking for sample packs.

I requested a site credit for the following items purchased:
Amen OG - Hip Hop Breaks, Breaks by AK & Andrew Applepie and Sunday Jazz.

I kept getting the following error message when attempting to download the following product:
"An error occurred while getting the requested content. Please contact the store owner"

Prime Loops advise me by email that I should reach out to the current seller (Drum Broker) of these packs to let them know what happened and with a copy of my purchase invoice, they would be able to provide me with the packs I originally purchase from Prime loops.

The seller emailed me the following response:
"These were not ordered from our site".

I emailed you back regarding this response and here is Prime Loops response:

Hi there Esotericluv, many thanks for your message.

Sorry about this, we will have to speak to them about this, Black Octopus should be fine with your request, but in the meantime, please choose three packs from our site that you would like to cover the previous purchases and I will add them to your account, feel free to add one extra as a bonus on us for the issues so far.

Let us know what you would like so we can add them to your account.

I then sent you my list of substitute packs per your email and requested a follow-up on 01/09, 01/13, 01/16 .

I have still not heard from you nor have the packs appeared in my Prime Loops account for download.

I have since purchased a few off the list because I could no longer wait for you to credit my account for the packs.

At this point my experience with Primeloops is negative. And to provide insult to injury you keep sending me emails asking "how did we do?"

I would like to provide you with one last opportunity to make this right before, I go on social media and put your website on notice for poor customer service, and provide alternatives to your website like Splice , Loop Masters, Drum Brokers, Sounds, Function loops, Black Octopus, 91Vocals,...etc.

Quality of the offered packs are not objectionable. Prices are absolutely fair. Why does a regular returning customer chose only four stars. To be honest with limiting or with the new government of the offer and the limitation to a few vendors, the site has clearly lost its attractiveness for me (for example, I miss Engineering Samples, 2Deep, Production Master to name just a few). So my visits became rarer and rarer and i spent round about only 10% of what i used to. That hit me very much. So I had to switch to other sites. That is unfortunate. But that has to be seen as one personal thing. Otherwise there is nothing to complain about

Definitely my go to for interesting or unique content.

Primeloops always has great deals on packs from some of the best labels. Would be great if there was a rewards program like some other sample stores have, but the great prices do make up for it!

Excellent sample, even though you need more samples packs with Wave or Apple loop construction kits.

These guys are amazing, they have the best sounds at the best prices and they are incredibly kind and great to deal with!

I purchased some good loops for a very low price. A couple of things though. The loops should be longer with more subtle variations. I need 32 bar loops with some pick-up beats and fills. I found many of the beats to be the same with fills that occurred too soon in the beat. Sometimes you just want a steady beat and then to add your own fills.

Just wanted to say the I will not shop any other loop/sample sites simply because of their customer service. I had a simple issue that other companies would have made more complicated. Primeloops simply took care of me and I’m so appreciative for that. I’m all about relationships and pricing. I feel like I received way more value for what I purchased because of their response, time to respond, and the quality of their samples. People always reach out to complain but don’t really provide commendation when it is warranted. Either way, just wanted to say that I am a customer for life!
