We had stayed at Villa Eframia Ena (previously Aphrodite) seven times before as the Villa is placed so well for its closeness to the centre of Coral Bay 1KM yet so quiet and peaceful. After our last trip we decided it would be our last as the management of the property was dire and the property was showing signs of wear and tear. On planning a trip back to Cyprus we came across the Villa under its new name and new management (Prestige Bookings) I gave them a phone and they said that we would not be disappointed by the changes they had made if we were to return, boy were they right. Prestige put in all new white Goods including full renewal of the air con units in every room, beds, indoor and outdoor furniture and many other things on top of full decoration. The staff from Prestige were so so helpful and could not of been so pleasant to deal with.
We are home now and will 100% be booking this Villa for next year through Prestige.

After several Villa holidays from package companies who could not provide accommodation during the Covid era, we discovered Gerry McMahons website.

So glad we did.

Absolutely superb villa experience, the best we have ever had, and well worthy of the 5 stars on the company logo.

Customer service from Gerry, Arthur (and Angela in the office) is simply first class - everything was no bother, from late night pick up to personal touches and help, these guys have customer service wrapped up with a bow on top!

Superb villa, utterly spotlessly clean, everything we could have wanted and then some.

I'm not naming the villa as we want to return!

No less than FOUR cleaners turned up with Arthur midway through our stay - this guy gets stuck in too, and has a great sense of humour to go alongside his friendly manner.

Pool cleaners and gardeners turned up to keep everything tip top, and mentioning Prestige Bookings and Gerry in many places will even get you a discount!

Brilliant app to help with the holiday, full of useful info too!

We wish we could have stayed - best Villa experience we've ever had, Gerry was excellent and great craic too!

We will gladly use Prestige Bookings again - absolutely brilliant from booking the place to day we left, some bigger companies could learn a huge customer service lesson from these guys..

The villa was amazing with a beautiful view of the sea!!! The restaurant next door provided a unique opportunity, it was like having room service throughout our stay. Stella, the restaurant owner, provided great tasting meals as well as pleasing drinks. Quiet location with fruit trees & herbs to choose from the villas garden. Prestige staff members were very prompt & professional. We will be visiting again!!

The manager was very helpful and any little issues we had were dealt with extremely promptly, the weekly clean was done within good time and we found the villas to be well equipped. Loved by all the family from young to old especially the large pools and outside areas! We will be booking with you again in the future!

We stayed in Villa Avyanna for a week and had our wedding at the villa. The view from the villa is absolutely spectacular and was probably my favourite thing about it - who doesn't want to wake up to a beautiful view?! The Villa was very big and had everything you could need, the pool was stunning. Our wedding day was amazing because of the wonderful setting. Gerry was super helpful when we got to the villa and showed us how to use everything- very handy as lots of tech! Gerry was happy to help with anything we needed and we used the app lots for different things including finding a Dr for our 3 year old daughter. Gerry also gave us a complimentary late check out and put a bottle of prosecco on our table at Oniros to congratulate us on our wedding which was very kind. Only minor issue was that the hot water was occasionally hit and miss. Other than that, an absolutely unforgettable holiday!

It all started 3 years ago pre Covid. We booked a villa through the villa group and all went well until Covid ! The first year Gerry agreed to roll over to the next year which was much appreciated. Before the second year was ruined by Covid Gerry contacted us via the villa group to advise that the villa we had chosen was no longer suitable due to building work very near to the pool area, so he gave us the chance to alter the booking, which we did. We chose another very nice villa and hoped that would be it. But Covid had other ideas and again our plans were scuppered. This time Gerry was understandably unable to be as generous but still agreed to give us a credit for half of the booking cost despite very short notice of cancellation. We took up his offer and asked to roll over the booking again but the chosen villa was not available for rent the following year so we chose another. Villa Luxor. This time we finally made it and what a delight it was. My wife and I visited Paphos in early May and Gerry kindly agreed to give us a guided tour of the villa in advance of the whole family arriving in late May and we loved it. So did the tribe when we all came back for our 9 night stay in late May.
We met Gerry’s wife Angela at the designated meeting place which was really easy to find and she took us to the villa and ran through alarms, safe combination etc. and left us to it. The weather was as good as expected and the villa itself is massive. The pool is huge as is the area around it with 10 cushioned sun beds and a fabulous BBQ with sink.
The beds were comfy with free air con in all bedrooms. I believe there is a charge for using the downstairs units but you don’t need them as it stays cool enough. The kitchen was reasonably well equipped but what was missing, we simply mentioned to Angela and either she or her son delivered within a very short time. Everyone at Prestige wants to help you enjoy your stay and we really appreciated that. Gerry popped down to say hello which was nice of him and the app that they provide is full of useful stuff.
There are 3 restaurants within walking distance. We ate at 2 and can certainly recommend both. Sea Caves Tavern and Nature. We didn’t try the other one. The taxi firm Gerry has a link to from the app were great as well. They have a 10 seater cab and are both prompt and cheap. We used them to go into Coral Bay twice.
It was lovely and quiet at night with great views and a great sunset and there are so many places to sit and chill out in the evening including the huge balcony upstairs which also offers great views. There is a fridge upstairs as well as a sink and cupboard space.
All in all we loved the place and hope to return in the future. If we do we will certainly be using Gerry and the team at Prestige Bookings, who we thank for finally getting us to a villa in Cyprus.

Got to our villa (Estia)and were met by the rep, showed us where everything was, as we got there late in the evening we asked Gerry to put some beers in the fridge for us, you excelled, cheers Gerry. Villa suited us well and was in a good location. We had a problem with a leaking pipe, following a call to Gerry it was quickly sorted, pool clean, apartment clean though a little tired, great next door neighbours, we will be back.

Lovely villa set in peaceful countryside. Great villa with good size bedrooms, 3 of which lead to the patio upstairs. Very big gardens and superb pool. Very peaceful yet just a 5 minute drive to Coral Bay. We were met in Coral Bay and taken to the villa, very nice personal touch (and the guy also came back with some avocados for us). Also met Gerry who was very helpful with restaurants, etc. Lovely peaceful stay, highly recommended.

Wonderful villa in Peyia. Had a lovely stay. Villa had everything we needed plus more. Gerry and Arthur very helpful. Would recommend this villa to anyone going to Paphos.

We had a great week in villa Andrea and would definitely book to go back in the future. Gerry helpfully met us in Coral Bay to show us to the villa and went through everything needed. This Villa is very spacious and has everything you would need for your stay.

Gerry was amazing so helpful nothing was too much trouble we had an amazing holiday, we stayed in Aretousa Dyo villa which was amazing, great facilities, fab location and really quiet. Made the holiday very special we will be back :)

Everything from start to finish I can only say is nothing but brilliant & Gerry cannot do enough for you. The booking system is easy to follow & and any requests you have from transfers to restaurant recommendations Gerry’s always happy to arrange.

This break was booked for 2019 co vid kicked in and Gerry and his team carried it forward until we was able to go in May 2022.
A big thank you to prestige bookings and special one for Arthur who turned up late one night to let us in after locking keys in the villa.

Please support local businesses like Prestige bookings as they are the soul of a great villa break.

Villa was as described, and local taxis to the phillipos supermarket are free, the team have developed a app to support holiday makers during there stay, and I must say it was very handy for discounts and street maps.

Well worth the 5 star rating.
God willing we will return in the near future.

Just returned from a fabulous week at the beautiful Villa Avanya in Cyprus with my Family . Absolutely superb. Facilities and service and attention to detail form Gerry and the team were all first class. This Villa is very special and I would wholeheartedly recommend it. We shall certainly return! Thank you Gerry as well for all the pre holiday correspondence and helpful hints and tips.

Beautiful Villa, very friendly staff, could not do enough to help in any why they could, had two weeks and enjoyed every minute , would tell any body to come here it was great xx

Another amazing year in Cyprus with Prestige. Must be our 7th year. Always a warm welcome from Gerry, Angela and Arthur, their hospitality is second to none, everything was arranged and in place for us as soon as we stepped off the plane, from our transfer with Roberts Taxis to our Car Hire. The villas were immaculate and very well equipped, we loved the addition of the new coffee machines and the Pool Tables and Table Tennis were very well used during the week. The team are always ready to help if there are any issues and appreciated a couple of friendly visits to check how we were. Good recommendation for places to eat and visit and lovely trip to visit some of the new villas for next year. A million thanks to Prestige, you always make us welcome and our time in Cyprus perfect. Can't wait to arrange our next visit.

We had a pleasant stay in the Villa. The location is perfect with shops and restaurants closer and walkable to the beach.
Would be nicer if there were complimentary Tea bags, Coffee, and Milk.

Excellent service from Gerry and the team at Prestige. The villa itself was spectacular and Prestige sorted all the details for us including car hire, food recommendations and excursions. We would definitely use Prestige for our next Cyprus trip.

We had a great time in Villa Bella Katerina. The house was very big and clean, well equiped, the beds were comfortable and the pool heating was working very well even if it was cold outside :-) Gerry was a very nice and helpful host. He was always available for us and took care immediately when we had problems. Thanks for everything. We definitely can recommend this villa for your stay.
