Received a gorgeous collar from the Petsnooze website really happy with it and happy to recommend them.

OMG! This place takes ages to send out your product! I've been waiting a month now and still no delivery - it's on its way apparently! Although its a UK website I think the items must be shipped from somewhere else and you only have an email (no reply) and no number. I think I could have made the dog bed quicker!

The products took a while to arrive but once they did the items ordered are great quality and some very happy dogs with there new beds

Lots of collars to pick from the one I got was great. Happy customer.

Happily recommend Petsnooze for their dog collars. Mine arrivedacouple of days ago and it is brightly coloured and the superhero design looks brilliant on my pooch 🐶

The 'cosy calming' bed we bought for our Saluki is really not as advertised. It's very thin, insubstantial. It arrived vacuum packed and I did spend a long time 'puffing it up' as advised. It made very little difference. You can hear her bones hitting the floor when she lies down in it. Needless to say she doesn't want to use it!

I am currently trying to get a refund and it's not proving easy...

customer services have now been in touch to offer a full refund 🙏 I'm very happy with their service.
The bed might be more suitable for a much smaller dog (ours is not that big... medium sighthound)

Great service and a nice little bed for my dog that I couldn’t find anywhere else.

I have been waiting 85 days for the dog bed I ordered or a refund I gave them the option. They say it’s dispatched but the tracking number doesn’t exist when I enter it into Post office app.
Terrible

Got one of the flower collar sets and I love it the engraving is perfect and the price compared to other sites was brilliant. Dead happy will use them again. !

Ordered a dog bed 25/4 chased a week later for eta only to be told already in transit and to find this morning item only dispatched yesterday very dissatisfied with there customer service would never use them again

After reading mixed views i was a little concerned but i can only advise from my own experience.

I ordered a Cosy Calming Pet bed and an engraved collar on 20th April. I hate the thought of paying for delivery so the free delivery was a bonus.

Both items turned up in the 1st May. It was exactly what i ordered and the price was the best i could find.

So all in all no problems, good products, arrived as described.

Have 2 Pet rugs I emailed and changed one to a different colour was acknowledged but still came wrong ! Poor quality also ordered a deep plush protector bed quality is awful and the grey looks like a blue .
My advice look at reviews before ordering and look for a UK company !! Lesson learned .

Oh dear i wish I'd read other reviews before ordering! One bed has arrived I've emailed asking where the other one is. The quality is so poor, my dog stepped in it and it slid across the carpet. It's not going to last 5 minutes with Labradors, I ordered new beds as we've just lost our oldest boy and I wanted clean bedding.
I hope they sort my query out but I won't be ordering from them again.

I wouldn't buy from this company again. Delivery took 3 weeks with no order updates. Unfortunately I never received the item and it was sent back. I have repeatedly asked for a refund and 6 weeks later I am no where further with resolving this issue. Awful company.

Fed up of waiting for puppy bed had to go out and buy one

Ordered an xl bed for my dog which eventually arrived yesterday very disappointed with the quality not much substance to it considering the cost.Thought l was dealing with an UK manufacture not Chinese very disappointed.

I placed an order earlier this year, which was faulty when it eventually arrived. I contacted Petsnooze, who asked me to provide more details of my concerns, then photos, then video! They agreed to refund my money once the item had been returned. I paid almost £5 postage, which they still haven’t refunded…
Appalling customer service, cheap and tacky product. Would NEVER use again and sincerely advise you to do the same.

I would like to say that I am so chuffed with my pink cuddle nest for my kitten. It is fluffy and such a gorgeous colour my new kitten is so snug and looks really comfy. Will buy the bigger size when she grows up a bit. Chuffed to bits Thanks!
