I ordered the glinda brush and the bubble head. My shipment was sent saying that both were in the parcel. When it arrived only the brush was there. When I contacted customer service they told me it was due to a computer error but surely the person packing could have seen the bubble head was not in stock and I could have been contacted. I now have to get a refund of the head, wait around checking my email in the hope I don’t miss when the bubble head comes back in stock rather than them just fulfilling my order when it comes back in stock again!!!! I also have to email them my new card details as my old one was cancelled due to fraud in order to get my refund through which I’m not happy about either. I’m considering just sending back the brush too now.

I am still delighted with my Ordo electric toothbrush. I find the battery lasts very well the head of the toothbrush is very similar to a manual toothbrush. I have Just bought some replacement toothbrush heads.

I received my toothbrush and it’s fabulous!
It was fully charged and I tried it straight away. It felt like I had a mouthful of angry wasps, in a god way, the speed and sensation was nothing like I’ve ever experienced!
It did a fantastic job, cleaning my teeth like no other electric toothbrush, truly amazing!
It’s also usb c so I can charge it wherever I go with my phone cable and I believe it lasts a long time , unlike the others I’ve had!
I do miss the slime case of my last one though, the brush cap doesn’t quite cut it…

I love the quality, sustainability and the appearance of the products I ordered.

This time (I already have the electric toothbrush with recyclable heads), I ordered the mouthwash concentrate and a tube of the toothpaste in a fully recyclable bottle.

Recyclability and reduction of single use products are both important to me.

the mouthwash bottle is refillable from the concentrate and looks great in my bathroom. The toothpaste tube, whilst single use, is at least fully recyclable (although I do have questions about if the tube can be recycled because of toothpaste residue and contamination of the recycling process).

Order placed over a month ago only arrived in part. After contacting customer sevice a blanket email was sent to presumably numerous customers contacting them re missing orders, reassuring that all will be delivered in time for Christmas and asking customers not to bother their customer team with emails about orders as that distracts them from shipping (???). Despite promising further update, no follow up on the delayed part of the order was sent. No reply to emails and messages on socials asking for shipping update was given either. I have finally requested a refund on the missing item- unsurprisigly at this point- no response. Terrible customer service letting down a company that offers lovely, great quality products..
