We understand that biweekly payments aren’t for everyone.
A lot of our customers actually prefer this setup because it can make payments more manageable, but we do have some flexibility. If it works better for you, you can make payments monthly, and some customers choose to make two payments at once every four weeks.

Well what I thought was so pleasant is that I didn't have a hundred insurance companys calling me and selling me there insurance. I filled out a few details and it seemed like in minutes I had insurance and also not having to put a large sum down at one time and have another in two weeks it was a small down payment and was able to break down my monthly payment in two parts thanks to you it was possible to get the coverage I needed thank you so much

Rogue Budget
Money has very lean in my household. My budget fluctuates and it's hard to keep up with my budget to where my bills get paid on time. OCHO works with me when I'm unable to make the payment. I don't receive your payment is late messages, I don't receive harassing phone calls and I don't get sent to collections. They don't make me feel like I'm a failure.

Worst company
Worst company! I was ripped off several times! I kept paying for there mess up and I only got 2 free weeks when k waited 1 month before my insurance too place in my new car -and still over charged me

After reviewing your account, the timeline shows that your initial request to add a new car was submitted with incomplete information, which delayed us being able to process the change. As soon as the full details were received, we sent your updated payment schedule the same day.
Documents we send do need to be signed within a set timeframe, otherwise they expire. This meant we had to resend them when they were not signed in time.
You also requested to add a vehicle to your policy, which increased the overall cost. We processed this request, but the updated agreement was not signed at that time. There was also a payment made in error, which we escalated and resolved. You later contacted us again to remove the additional vehicle from the policy.
As an agency, we act as the bridge between you and the insurance carrier, and we process requests as quickly as possible once we have the required information.
We understand this was frustrating and not the experience you were expecting. If you’d like, we’re happy to go through everything with you step by step to ensure all charges are clear.
