Everything was clear and easy. Shipment was out the door and at my business with in days. It's my 1st order with them and definitely won't be my last. Great experience.

Easy to navigate

Apparently, package has not as yet been delivered. Am told "wrong address". The shipping address is same as billing address. They said,: no-one here to accept delivery. We are a 24 hr Assisted Living Facility, and someone always is here're. First attempt to deliver was on Aug 23, 11:24 a.m. but where???

Looks like the company is trying to eliminate some middlemen between me and the manufacturer's of the products I need.

NorthSky had what I needed at a much better price than any other industrial outlet. The quality of the item was excellent and I received it quickly. Nothing at all to complain about. Even the shipping costs were better than reasonable. A first class experience.

I ordered the product on the evening of 8/5/25, and I received it on the morning of 8/8/25. I was expecting to have to wait the usual 5-10 days, but I was pleasantly surprised when My order arrived. I opened the box and it was the exact same thing as I ordered. No " kinda like", or "similar" products". Very Happy. The price was AS advertised... No special surprise shipping fee. This was my first purchase from NorthSky Supply, but won't be my last.

The item purchase was as described and the shipping was quick and no hassles. Company was very transparent in my view.

Don't order HVAC filters. They say they are 'special orders' even tho they don't identify hvac filters as 'special order items' when you place an order. Not in cart, not in payment process, not in the confirmation email of the order. No refund, no return.

Order was received on time.

Shipment box was destroyed and relabeled. Delivery was late and left on the ground at my mailbox 600 ft. from my front door. Fedex is not on my list of delivery services as the last 2 deliveries under their responsibility have been a disaster. Have yet to inspect the product so may have an update soon.
