I've bought two backpacks from them- they feel a little flimsy because the material is thin but are surprisingly high quality and waterproof. My brother has the Mochilas school backpack which is extremely spacious. He regularly throws his around everywhere and the bag is still in great shape.

I ordered the waterproof fashion stroller diaper bag in blue and I love it. I get so many compliments about it, stunning colour and a great quality bag. It’s also the perfect size for a day out with two young kids with different compartments and zip pockets making it really convenient. It also arrived really quickly too! I would definitely recommend.

Recently bought a basic canvas school backpack and have been very pleased with my purchase. I wasnt sure If this would be strong enough or large enough for everyday use but was surprisingly spacious to use and my son found it really comfy to carry!

The bag arrived within the time they stated and the company responded to my question within 48 hours. Overall very pleased.

Appalling. These bags are cheap Chinese imports hiding behind a high quality, charity supporting UK website. My bag did not include everything I had paid for, and then broke after one use. After being ignored I had to raise a Paypal dispute to get offered a refund, but I have to pay return postage, so this inferior product has cost me £4.45 which I am pursuing through Paypal as this breaches UK law. Customer service is terrible. Avoid this company at all costs. Even if the bag was supplied according to its description and was not faulty, the quality is £5-£10 market style bag. I paid £34 and that was with a discount. I cannot stress enough how awful this company and their products is. Please save your money and stress and go elsewhere.

Worst page ever. Do not order anything from them. I paid over 40eu for a dog backpack. It never came to me and they also did not give me any refund and started ignoring me. I will contact customer rights and that is what anyone that was scammed the same way should do. We need to close down this awfull “company”…

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering from this company. No communication or response to my inquiry. I know what to do next. Contact my credit card company and resolve the issue. This company had until 4pm to return my email with valid information!!!!

With 2 school aged children we've been through a few backpacks. For school, residential trips, or days out and travelling. This pack pack easily does it all and is great for all those occasions and more. With lots of compartments and so light and comfortable. My eldest has medical issues and incontinence so the waterproof element is great for her and discreet.

Do not purchase any bags from this company. The bags are cheaply made and do not last long unless you plan on carrying little to nothing in the bag. I purchased a bag (see pics) in January and this is how my bag looks at the end of February. I was using this bag as a book bag and only carried my laptop, a folder and a pencil case daily. When I reached out to More Than A Backpack, I was told since they can't prove how the bag was damaged that they could send me another but I would have to pay the shipping cost of $15. This is unacceptable. Why should I have to pay more money when I already spent $40 for the bag that I used for a little over 1 month? BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT PURCHASE ANY BAGS FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

Terrible customer service, definitely won't be ordering off them again and never recommending them. Can't even be bothered to spell your name right. Also package comes from China so expect a long delivery time.

Received my bag this week absolutely love it! Received many compliments already :) it’s so cute, light, practical and different! Esp loving the gold details it’s lush, thanks guys

My daughter spent her own money on this backpack (£22.50, which, at age 13, took her about a month to save), thinking that it was a quality bag given the price. She used it for less than a month (normal use - my daughter is extremely careful with her things) before it started coming apart at the seams. The company offered a replacement bag at a $15 shipping charge to us - absolutely ridiculous! My daughter has now bought a better bag elsewhere at about half the cost. This company sells very cheaply made products and offers terrible customer service - avoid!

Do not buy these backpacks. I bought two for my daughters and they both had the stiching come undone where the straps fell off. Only 1 month into school!
No returns or a BS attempt at returns. Steer clear there are so many other great backpacks to choose from, but not here.

I would strongly advise steering clear of this company. Their website uses very deceptive language about their return policy and the important fact that is not clear until you attempt a return is that YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN SHIPPING TO CHINA. This policy is roughly equalivent to not accpeting returns as the return shipping to China is very likely to be greater than the value of the item.
