I’m not one for leaving reviews but the experience I have had from start to finish with jes rose has been so wonderful. I emailed for help and advice on a project I wanted to start which included using their vinyl and peel & stick tiles. They were so helpful in drawing a diagram of my kitchen for me to help with measuring and friendly throughout. After I had the sizes sorted they helped me get samples sorted and when I finally chose my patterns they guided me through placing my order! The products arrived and were really easy to apply, I thought I would struggle! I am soooo happy with the outcome and my overall experience with jes rose and I will definitely be back in the future! Couldn’t recommend enough!

Very speedy responses with any query I had prior to ordering my vinyl & quick delivery too.

The customer service is like no other I’ve experienced & felt really understood! I ordered a custom size and it was PERFECT! I even received an email after it had been delivered to make sure it was correct & perfect.

Unfortunate experience as I’d been looking forward to ordering with them for so long!!

On the day of my order arrival l for a notification of delivery but the picture was a different home, flagged it up immediately with Jes and her partner, I went through all the normal steps confirming my address ect checking outside my home, even went as far as to send a picture of my self and my front door to prove it wasn’t the home pictured by delivery company) then when the delivery company refused to admit they delivered it to the wrong place and to go and get it, I was asked if I could go and knock on some doors with the same number door as me in the local area to see if it had been delivered?!! I had found it funny at first, but at this point emailed back saying I found it unprofessional and couldn’t believe I was being asked to do that. The girl was very friendly throughout to be fair and told me I wouldn’t be left without my order but that the delivery people wouldn’t refund them they won’t get the money back, they are a small business etc ( was abit shocked to see other people saying they have been given wallpaper orders free of charge as this deffo was not the spiel I received ! )

Anyway at this point it had been loads of and forth emails, getting no closer to a resolution ( I have anxiety already as it is, alongside a business to run and a toddler to look after )

so after all that I felt abit guilt tripped into not asking for my money back and just leaving it.

Anyway end of the story, 100 pounds out of pocket and no vinyl to show for it. It’s a shame because if it had got delivered all would have been fine but not great customer service so couldn’t recommend.

Although tricky, it was so worth it and the team are only an email away if you are needing some pointers. Just got to be patient with it. Very happy with my purchase and how it turned out.

I ordered 3 samples, 2 I was deciding between and one wild card just out of curiosity! They take quite a long time to arrive, and when they do they're really pretty small for the price you pay, I was planning on covering a very large area with this and it would have been more helpful to have a larger peice, or a couple of these sizes.

I quickly make a decision as 2 of them are really very different. I go to order the vinyl, literally the day I get these, and it's nowhere to be found on the website. Not to be restocked, unable to order. So I'm able to buy samples for limited availability products without any heads up. Really just flushed money down the drain buying these, so disappointing and time wasting. Will not be tempted to look at this again and will buy elsewhere

I've just finished using the vinyl on my bath panel. We chose gold Terrazo and I LOVE IT.

My only issue is that it took us around 2 hours and in the end I settled for covering the straight part of the panel and not the curved because I was at the point of having a breakdown haha! That being said, it still looks very cool and I feel very accomplished. I'm also impressed with the fact that no matter how many times we had to re-stick the vinyl down and took it back up, it still went back down securely. I don't particularly think it is the vinyls fault. I think it is more to do with inexperienced hands and an annoying P- shaped curved panel.

I've been following Jes Rose Vinyls for a while now and I love looking at what others have done. I'm always impressed by their selection of prints and I really love the one we have chosen (Though I'm seriously thinking of putting leopard print in my bathroom instead... because well... leopard print!!!)

Some advice:
*Try smaller and more flat projects first, so you can get a feel of the vinyl and how you can manipulate it.

*Always buy a sample first. I bought a few that I love and I've used them around the house haha!

*Don't panic about air bubbles. They are easy enough to get out.

*Try not to panic over flaws in the vinyl after it is on. Again some are easy to deal with. However, my advice would be to get a dark coloured vinyl as small flaws are not as noticeable!!

I've given 4 stars because I really struggled due to the curve in the panel. However, I must point out that I've used Jes Rose before on my fireplace and I adore it and despite having half a bath panel with Vinyl... It looks SOOOO GOOD!

I would recommend to anyone who is thinking about it. DO IT!

I placed a fairly large order for vinyl, but ended up having a problem with it sticking to my walls. Staff at Jes Rose worked closely with me to identify the problem. When they weren't confident that replacement vinyl would solve the issue, they reprinted the designs I'd chosen onto wallpaper and shipped this to me completely free. This was a pretty big order, and there were no issues with the free replacement. They were clear, responsive and friendly at all stages. If on the off chance a problem does arise with your vinyl, I think you can trust them to treat you fairly and with care. I love that I can still use the beautiful Jes Rose designs on my walls, and am really grateful that staff took my problem seriously and helped find a fair resolution.

Outstanding designs and quality! If I could score more I would. I have used her vinyl afew times and I grt so many fab comments about it too I love it. I've seen awful reviews on here from trolls that are getting found out and possible legal action so they've taken to trying to ruin her business. Luckily her sister is calling them out and some have seen themselves and realised she is a real person and thry have apologies profusely. There's even VIP level trolls... who knew. Not me ! I only know of jes and her sister through insta via their businesses. I don't know why the trolls are so vile but I hope this comment helps in some way. They have absolutely zero reason to pull down a stranger and try to ruin her business. Why can't women stand together and elevate eachother not pull eachother down. Why slate someone in such depth when you don't even know them nor have even purchased their product. The best vinyl I’ve ever used! I’ve tried ones from Wilkos and B&M but have never been as good quality at Jes’. It’s thick and strong and I’ve had on for 5 months now and there’s no sign of wear or peeling away! So impressed and will definitely be up cycling with it in the very near future!

Ordered vinyl during lockdown to use on my dressing table, absolutely buzzing with the result! Fast delivery and great product, would definitely use again and have recommended to friends.

Bought from this company a couple of times including to cover the backsplash of my hob recently. Good quick service and good quality product. The hardest part is choosing between all the designs!

Jess’s exact appeal word for word was ‘If you’ve used her services before please do leave a review on @trustpilot by searching “trust pilot by jesrose” on google’. She didn’t even ask for good or favourable reviews, just reviews and given that JessRose has 37.4K followers on her account, I don’t think they can all be considered as close mates. @Trustpilot I have a screenshot of Jess’s post. I am aware that she is being subject to online abuse and the undermining of her business. I request that E Owl’s review is removed so as not to compromise the integrity of @trustpilot.

Absolutely love my Jesrose vinyl.
I have it on my fireplace and backsplash. Both have been on for over a year and are still perfect.
Cant wait to find an excuse to buy more.

I have used Jes Rose Vinyl a couple of times for my kitchen backsplash and my flooring in the porch. I absolutely love the designs and the quality of the product is amazing.. the flooring in the porch has already be down a year and it’s as good as new! Highly recommended.

I ordered some samples around March April this year when I was updating what was my sisters room. Samples came so quickly and then it was super easy and quick to order what I actually needed in the end. I love that there’s so much option of prints and styles and where you can put them. Would recommend to anyone 😊

Purchased some beautiful vinyl nearly 2 years ago to cover an old side table and it is still as good as new.

I used JesRose in late 2020 - we ordered some samples hoping to cover up the tiles in our kitchen. I was a bit disappointed about the patterned designs close up they were sort of pixelated/almost a bit Clip Art so we didn't buy them. I did like and buy the plain white one as the quality of the vinyl itself was good. I used it to cover the grim tiles in our downstairs loo. If you look you can see the previous design but if you weren't aware it was there you'd not see it, there is a bit of embossing of the design underneath, again if you look you can see it but otherwise it's pretty good as a stop gap until we can get a new bathroom fitted. Despite regular splashing from 2 kids the vinyl is still attached and looks good. I used the remaining to cover an IKEA cupboard door we'd previously painted pink and now wanted for my son's room. It wasn't as easy as the videos suggest to get it on without air bubbles but I managed to get the front looking good, behind the door though it is a real mess as I couldn't manipulate the corners with the vinyl and it all stuck together. You can't see it though unless you open the doors so I was still happy!

Overall I'd say I had mixed feelings, it's a great idea but the actual product designs let it down.

I ordered the 'geometric square' vinyl about 6 months ago now to jazz up our drinks cabinet. Delivery was super speedy, well packaged and the vinyl still looks as good now as it did when I first put it up. I've recommended it to numerous people who have since had similarly good experiences with Jes Rose

I used JesRose vinyl to cover my kitchen in my rental and it looked AMAZING. I’ve since moved out but the new tenants have kept it up. I’ve also used it to cover a desk among other things. It lasts so well, is really easy to apply and also really easy to remove and doesn’t leave behind any residue. Customer service & communication of orders being shipped is always on point and I’ve got literally nothing bad to say about the business, owner or products! will 100000% be buying from here again ♥️

Bought some vinyl for my bathroom floor and having initial worries it would be really difficult to use, I was surprised how easy it was it lay. Quality product, I love the designs! It was a tricky choice as I wanted a couple! I’ll be buying more for future projects for sure!
