This was the most relaxing trip!! The driver, Mick, went above and beyond to make stops that were not listed on the itinerary. We saw so much of Ireland. The people are amazing. All we had to do was show up and enjoy. I have told all of my friends and even strangers that this is the way to travel.

Just finished 14 day small group tour. Absolutely amazing trip! Our guide Vincent was above and beyond just a driver. He was a historian, counselor and true gentleman who took great pride in sharing his country’s rich history and culture. ITFY worked diligently to make up for delays/cancellations that we suffered from airlines which we greatly appreciated! Thank you for a trip of a lifetime!!🙂

From the tailor made additions to our itinerary and the wonderful accommodations, Irish Tours for You is a must use for Irish Travel packages. Ellen Bracken was very instrumental in putting together a package that encompassed the best of Ireland along with an additional day at Giants Causeway. In addition to Ellen, our chauffeur Finnbar Farrell was phenomenal. He went above and beyond to make sure that each person in our party of four was comfortable. His knowledge of the area and willingness to go out of the way to show the beauty of Ireland made the trip memorable. I cannot give him enough accolades.

My wife and I recently traveled on a 14 day entire coast of Ireland with a small group arranged by Irish tours for you. From the moment I stepped into the vehicle, I knew I was in for a memorable experience. Our driver, Farrell Finbar was exceptional in every way.
Not only was Finbar a skilled driver, ensuring a safe and comfortable journey, he was also a wealth of knowledge about the region. His passion for Ireland was evident as he shared fascinating stories, historical facts, and insider tips.
He was very concerned about the traveler's health. When a few members in the group got sick he took them to see a local doctor and managed to complete the itinerary to our satisfaction.
Thanks to Finbar's expertise and engaging conversation, our trip was far more enjoyable than I had anticipated.

We LOVED our self driving tour through Ireland arranged by Catherine. The B&Bs and castle stays were excellent and the hosts were ALL friendly, helpful and served VERY good food. We recently returned from a two-week holiday in Ireland, booked with Catherine Higgins from Irish Tours for You. It was well crafted, plus she arranged for all our accommodations, and most of our attractions. The bonus was providing a wonderful driver, Ken Delaney, who was filled with very valuable information, and knew just how to navigate us through the lovely country of Ireland.

Our experience with Sheila was very professional and she was extremely helpful. When we were unable to get our Google maps to work, she was more than helpful in sending us directions to each of our destinations. The B&B’s that were chosen were very nice, and at times, beyond our expectations. The points of interests suggested on the way to each destination were spot on. Thank you once again Irish Tours for You for assisting us in fulfilling the trip of our dreams. I had always dreamed of touring Ireland, staying in B&B’s along the way. You made that dream a reality. I can’t say enough about how wonderful my experience with this company has been. When I started planning our trip to Ireland, we had 7 people in our group. I sent inquiries to multiple companies that I found on the web, but NO ONE stood out like Sheila from Irish Tours For You! None of our group had ever been to Ireland, so I had endless questions about where to go and how to make the most out of our 12 days there. Sheila went far above and beyond all my expectations! Not only did she promptly answer each and every endless question with kindness and enthusiasm, she also made excellent suggestions and prepared an itinerary that included every single thing we wanted to see, as well as some we didn’t know we needed to see. Five days before our trip was to start, we had 3 more people join. I know there were hoops to jump through, since the tourist season was starting, but she never missed a beat in accommodating the additional people at the very last minute.

I mentioned to her that my boyfriend’s ancestors were from a small town in Ireland called Leitrim, and that I was going to contact a genealogist to see if there might possibly still be family members in the area. She said that genealogy was a hobby of hers and offered to look into it for us. I provided her with the name of his Great, Great, Great Grandfather, his place of birth, birthdate, and spouse’s name. From that information, she not only tracked down family members, she set up a meeting for us with 7 family members still living in and around Leitrim! It was a reunion that could have only taken place in our dreams. We are still in shock! I could go on forever about all the things Sheila did to make this trip perfect for us, but I think you get the idea. If you are planning a trip to Ireland, do yourself a favor and reach out to this company.

We went with the private chauffeured tour, and I highly recommend it for any groups traveling around the country. Traveling through this beautiful country in a large comfortable coach, driven by an Ireland local, with the freedom to do only the things we wanted was truly a trip of a lifetime!!

If you ever go across the sea to Ireland …. I highly recommend the services of Irish Tours for You! Catherine and her team made our dreams of a vacation in Ireland come true! We started from one of their tour routes and requested a several customizations to create the perfect itinerary for our family group of 6. Options for both self-drive and private driver tours were provided. Each hotel and B&B accommodation was thoughtfully chosen. Ultimately we selected the private driver option to allow all members of our party to relax and enjoy themselves safely. Catherine provided thoughtful tips and information we needed to know prior to our arrival in Ireland. She kept in touch with us throughout our trip and made herself available to answer our questions. Our driver was informative and expertly took us to each and every site we wanted to visit and allowed us to explore each location at our leisure. It was a magical trip!
