I used Arno’s services in late 2021. At the time, Arno had a policy of guaranteeing results after using his services. All instructions were followed, yet when his resume did not result in any interviews and I requested a refund he stopped responding to me. The refund was requested in May of 2022 after much time had been put into trying to make Arno’s resume work. Above all else, it is not acceptable to arbitrarily decide to not uphold a policy when it doesn’t benefit you. That is unethical and poor business practice. Zero stars.

My sister and cousin used Arno and he came highly recommended. I purchased the service right before COVID happened. I struggled personally last year and I reached out in February of this year. He responded saying he would look at it and get back to me if I had any questions. After 3 weeks of follow up emails now suddenly it’s $300 more than I already paid. His explanation is that he doesn’t have writers anymore. He then said he had no time to invest in me. So now I am out the money I paid or pay him even more money.

Company is LYING. My timeline is correct, it was NOT 3 years. It was one year during COVID. He refused to help even when I explained my situation. I went back into my original contract and there was no mention of a timeline.

Company is still lying, there was nothing in the original contract. I would not trust them with anything.
