Tiktok scammer dont refund or replace damaged deliveries AVOID....

I placed an order and they were perfectly happy to take my money. Later that day, they emailed me claiming they made a pricing "error" and that the items were actually more expensive. Then heard absolutely nothing for over 8 days. They are incredibly unresponsive. I ultimately had to pester just to get my money refunded. Not honouring prices and ignoring customers is not the way. Stay clear.

I had an excellent experience with this TCG store and honestly can’t recommend them enough. From the moment I placed my order, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. The website was easy to navigate, the card descriptions were accurate, and the pricing was very fair compared to other stores.

My order arrived quickly and was packaged extremely well. Every card was protected properly, which is something I really appreciate as a collector. The condition of the cards matched the listing perfectly — no surprises, just exactly what I paid for.

May aswell just use Invicta or Japan2uk. Quick enough to take your money but not so quick for sending you your products.

They have created a truly inclusive community space that is fantastic for both seasoned veterans and complete newcomers who might feel intimidated by other stores.

Came in today for the first time and what an amazing place! Beautifully set up, really welcoming, friendly people and just a love for the product from everyone there. We had fun opening some packs, purchased some singles and the lady offered to buy in anything we needed or where looking for. Just refreshing and awesome atmosphere. Will be going back. In fact, I can't wait!

Went in today with my son after walking past with a massive little pokemon fan and getting dragged in the staff are fantastic, after a long time of my son eyeing up everything in the store he finally decided what he wanted and they even let him pick a vintage pokemon card you made his day thank you 😊

I bought a temporal forces ETB off them and am very impressed by the service. Packaging was far better than any large company I have have used. Customer service is also great; I had a question about postage and it was answered the same day.

Will definitely be shopping here again.

Great people to deal with online and now they are opening a shop this week in Rugby, which has caused a buzz in the town. I believe they are doing some games and Lego as well as Pokemon so will be visiting them when I can.

HokeyPokeGames - Absolutely loved the “Pokémon TCG Journey Together” packs I brought from them the other day! Their website is reliable and safe to purchase from, and the Pokémon TCG packs are authentic and the real deal. They have lots of good choices of Pokémon TCG cards to select from (some they need to bring back like Silver Tempest, Crown Zenith and Evolving Skies!)

They gave me a free sticker, but the only let down was the cost of postage. If the shipping costs was £1.00 - £2.00, I would of given HokeyPoke 5* for sure. The postage was £3.00 so that is too expensive for normal shipping.

Great service provided end to end, received personal updates on what was going on with my order and then confirmation of delivery! Can't recommend them enough.
