No contact what's so ever, don't answer calls, don't answer emails, these clowns should be held liable and put out to dry. Pass the word to all your friends, these guys need to be out of business NOW!

Waited over 4 months for an overpriced patch. No communication on the status of the order. Not going to use hero outdoors again. Can buy the patch for a fraction of the price elsewhere

Hero outdoors are no better than common thieves. Everything they do is under-handed and dis-honest. Before ordering, I had added items to my cart and when I went to pay, the price was more expensive than the listing. I asked about this by email, and nobody answered. I took that item out and I placed an order for 5 items and waited about a month before the status was updated. When it was updated, it said they sent me a partial order. what I received was total junk. I bought military surplus listed as "used- good condition" and the stuff was completely unuseable and unrepairable. when I checked the listing after receiving, they had added "grade 2 rough condition" to the listing, as if I would have bought that item. this is not even their classification nomenclature. literally all the items that I bought that aren't new, are total rubbish that I can't do anything with and will go to scrap. this is a scam. they take your money, send you junk and then charge you for it. they literally only send you something, anything, so that they can take your money. good luck trying to contact them after they screw you. all the positive reviews on this site are fakes. they have to be. nothing about them is above board. their pricing is fake, their inventory is fake, their listing pictures are fake...the only thing that's real is the almost $600 worth of junk that i now have to dispose of at my own expense. stay away and do not waste your money. do not think that you are that unicorn that will get wht they paid for. nobody does. Hero Outdoors are common crooks and the reviews you are reading will also happen to you.

I could not give a no star review as I'd like to have so I put 1 in order to write this.

The communication during my first and will be my only purchase from this company was terrible, I placed an order from there inventory later to find out after purchasing, they didn't even physically have it in stock. Then I asked a question about specific details of the product with no answer, and if they had told me I would have cancelled the order then and there. It took way too long to receive this product and even once it was in stock to be shipped they never answered my question and sent it any way, I will be asking for a full refund and never ordering from them again.

I found out later from another customer that they are known for listing items for sale they don't have, and are terrible at communication when you have questions.

Terrible communication and service from any business. A lemonade stand has better transparency and honesty than these people.

I also would give zero stars if it was an option. This place is garbage. Try calling them first and see if you can actually get ahold of anyone. Worst customer service ever! As soon as my order was placed they tell me it will take 20 days to fulfill. After the 20 days I called and emailed every day for a week until i talked to someone who said it would be expedited the next day. Nothing was shipped, they ignore all emails and never answer the phone. Thank god i paid with a credit card and disputed the charges. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE FROM THESE CLOWNS!!

Would give zero stars if possible, they screwed up my order, sent different items then I ordered, and one item was missing from order, they do not respond to email inquiries. I have filed a complaint with the BBB to try and get a refund on missing item. You’d be crazy to do business with such a company imo. I wish I had read reviews on this company prior to purchasing items.

In April I placed an order, was told it’s in the warehouse, a few days later I got an email saying it’s not in stock, but similar items were, they were not similar nor what I wanted.
On Nov 28th I emailed about an item, was told it’s in stock, today, Dec. 15th I sent 3 emails to them, got no reply to any of them. I called 4 times before I got an answer and was told the item is on back order until at least mid January.
What happened to it being in stock.
I told them I want a full refund, I wonder how long that’s going to take.

I bought a product from Hero Outdoors that they said they had and it cost us 515.00 dollars , It never came I reached out to them on several occasions and called , I never got my money 💲 or my product from them , they are scammers ! Thank God my Bank 🏦 return our money.

Totally scammer run. Hero is a second hand retailer of broken or fixable items. Ordered parts to fix a airsoft marker and paintball gun. After a month I find out that my item might be held by CBSA and still Hero has not notified me.

After placing an order april 29/2021 I have yet to receive my total order. They have not responded to any of my requests by e-mail and I can not get a response from them via phone. They advertise goods/equipment that they do not have in stock and then take your money. In the process still of trying to recover money from items not received

Le magasin semble bel et bien exister. Mais leurs ventes en ligne consistent à afficher des produits qu’ils n’ont pas, de prendre votre argent, puis… Plus rien. J’habite à 200 km du magasin. C’est donc une bagatelle que de compléter ma commande pour un Item « in stock ». Or, j’ai commandé il y a plus d’un mois. En invoquant ce délai déraisonnable, de même que la fausse publicité, par courriel, on refuse de me rembourser. Et un brin de lecture sur les sites qui offrent infos, confirme que c'est une pratique courante. Évitez à tout prix de faire affaire avec eux!!

I have ordered 5 times. The problem is items are not in stock, yet credit card is charged. Product is in Europe, back ordered, etc... yet they have your money. Email is unresponsive. Some products are junk. I have outstanding order placed Aug 19, this is Nov 2 so I filed dispute with credit card holder. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Scammer don't trust his fake reviews with 5 stars. He will never ship and try to steal your Money guaranteed he is full of you know what. Run away from this place it's trash. He will rob you blind. He keeps getting fake reviews to try to waste time fixing his web reputation so he can continue the scam.
We must all report his website to RCMP; it is the best solution. Danger! danger! danger! A fraud company; this is a scam website.
He will call to gain your trust but you will loose your time and money guaranteed. He is a thief.

Items advertised as "in stock" are not actually in stock.

They claim it's at the warehouse, but 2 weeks later, they admit they have no idea when they'll actually have the item to ship it.

Request cancellation and customer service avoids the question stating they can take up to 20 days to ship orders and to contact them after that period if it's not shipped.

Avoid at all cost!

I make order few items on aug 23 and it does not come to me. It does not even shipped although i live in Ottawa and their shop locate in same province.

Funfact: i ordered gun attachments from Ali Express which locate in china area "2 weeks" after i made order to that scammers arrived here today before they ship my items. What a amazing service. They ride on iceberg instead of they using Intel com or Canada post. I did not even know i will get the stuff from opposite of the planet before i get ordered stuffs from same province.

Do not make any deal with them just buy something in Amazon or Ali Express.

I was out of my patient for waiting 500 dollar stuff since aug 23. So, i have opened dispute and as soon as they sending my package.

We can figure out 3 fact from here.
1. They got my stuff in their storage
2. They could sending my stuff, but they didn't
3. As the fact that they sending right after they got dispute, we can think they want neither to give my money back and send my package to me in 15 days however they could.

Do not make a deal with them. Avoid this sh[t or right after you order your stuff, open the dispute they will send your item as fast as amazon prime does.
