This is our second time ordering from…

This is our second time ordering from Flooring Inc. We had an amazing first experience and that's why we knew we wanted to choose them again. However this time was a little different. We did our order and shipping was not fast, and got delayed two times. We ended up canceling and going with an instock flooring option $$$$ customer service and sales team were very nice, got the answers we needed, and rushed our order! When we got out rolls out they were not cut evenly/ straight/shorter so we had to make some adjustments on our end.

Had to wait 45 minutes to get a sales…

Had to wait 45 minutes to get a sales rep and then found out there was no free shipping on my purchase of Catalina grass. Unbelievable.

On the Wait: We provide in-depth technical consultations to ensure every project is spec'd correctly. On high-volume days, this expertise can lead to longer holds, but it prevents costly errors during installation.

On Shipping: Catalina Grass is a heavy, oversized freight item. We use specialized carriers to ensure it arrives in pristine condition, which is reflected in the cost.

Go Elsewhere - Avoid the pain

Please believe the reviews. Don’t convince yourself it’ll be different.

I ordered 3/4" rubber flooring and was told I could pick it up locally. I received a confirmation email with the address, hours, and phone number. When I arrived, the facility (a third-party warehouse, not Flooring Inc) informed me they do not carry 3/4" at all.

I wasted 2 hours round trip with a truck and trailer, then spent another 2 hours on the phone with Flooring Inc while standing in the warehouse.

Final outcome:
I was given two options:

Pay $700 to ship the 3/4" from another facility (with ?? leadtime)
Or accept 1/2" flooring (worth $600 less)

I took the 1/2" just to move forward.

Then it got worse.

They issued a new order and charged me for “quick ship” and shipping twice a total of $559.30 in shipping fees for a product I physically picked up myself.

Luckily, I documented everything at the warehouse. Comparing that to the revised invoice, there’s a $526.33 discrepancy. It appears they tried to inflate costs to match my original order total and avoid issuing a proper refund.

It’s now been nearly a week with no resolution, and I’m forced to dispute the charge with my credit card company.

I understand mistakes happen. I’m patient and give companies the opportunity to fix issues.

This was not a mistake. This was repeated mismanagement followed by questionable billing practices.

Save yourself the headache. There is no “deal” here, just frustration and wasted time.

Go anywhere else.

Don't be fooled by the performative reply on this review.

My Credit Card company pushed Flooring Inc to issue a refund.
They did so, but based on the inflated new invoice. (With shipping and expedite fees)
Meaning, they shorted me intentionally.

Flooring Inc only responds when I call. Has ignored emails.
They claim they need to write down all the info and will call me back tomorrow.

They have done this 3x and never call back.

Doing the bare minimum. Deflecting accountability. Hoping I just go away.

customer service was great

customer service was great, I had a tight turnaround and the rep sorted everything perfectly and quickly.

Edit: I am changing this to a three star review as the order was not completed in the timeline it was supposed to have been. The only reason it is not a one star review is that the service rep I spoke to afterwards was very nice, and although they were not able to get me the product on time I was fully refunded.

I still don’t have the bulk of my order…

I still don’t have the bulk of my order and even though I paid for quick shipping, I had nothing . It hasn’t even left your factory yet. Your order process is absolutely horrible. It took me 5 attempts to even get the flooring in the cart. I am not optimistic about the product now
