AWFUL
Awful service. Paid for an item to be delivered the next day on Thursday and item still hasn’t arrived on Saturday evening. It’s a Fathers Day gift and now it’s too late to buy something else. When you try and contact the phone number it doesn’t even work. What a rubbish company with rubbish systems in place - totally unreliable

If it looks too good to be true, it probably is!
We ordered a Shark IZ420UKT vacuum cleaner from the esupply website on Saturday for £355.01 as the cheaper of two offers, the other being on the Shark website for £439 but still £110 under the recommended retail price. The website promised delivery today and I was debited accordingly. However, this afternoon I received an email saying that due to an stock error the item was out of stock and I was being refunded. In the space of those 3 days the other offer has now expired and if I still wish to purchase this model it will cost me an extra £200. Needless to say, I won’t be buying this vacuum or anything else from esupply and in future I will remember, if something looks to good to be true, it probably is!

This is what customer service looks like!
I am massively impressed with the way this operation is run. Competitive pricing, super quick responses to queries, eager to find solutions and delivery of my item within 24 hours. I cannot think of anything they could have done better.
It was my first time using esupply and there was a glitch with the delivery charge on the website. I emailed to ask if there was any way to resolve this, not really expecting a response. Within 15 minutes, Owen had responded with two potential solutions for me to take my pick from. I completed my order that afternoon and by lunchtime the next day my package had arrived.
For all of those shops who are wondering, this is what customer service looks like!

Edit: It has come to my senses that odd things happen now and then.
The customer service here is WONDERFUL and responsive, they have shown nothing but utter respect to me from start to finish.
I would highly recommend this smaller business for anyone looking for cheaper products, it is literally the same as anywhere else but you get a U.K.-based customer service team as a bonus too, one that is sympathetic.

Excellent customer service
Got an order that was slightly damaged, not to the fault of ESupply. That delivery was next day, which was fantastic. I got an immediate replacement, which also came the next too, and I found the empathy of the customer service team to be very empathetic, Jamie in my case. Was offered a discount if I wanted to keep the slightly damaged item, but I prefer pristine items, and was offered a refund or new item.

I ordered 3 Samsung T7 2Tb hard drives via Amazon.
The box was delivered and signed for on the doorstep.
I went inside, opened the outer box and discovered that the 3 inner boxes were empty.
I reported to Amazon - response “not our problem, signed for, report to police”.
Police cannot get involved as it’s a civil case.
This should now be investigated as there is clearly a thief within the supply chain with almost £500 of my hard drives.
Comments urgently required before I escalate this theft.

Well priced and free next day postage as well. I was waiting for delivery yesterday and popped a quick question off to esupply customer services and got a reply within minutes telling me a one hour window for delivery.
Fantastic customer service response which is always a winner in my view.
I would definitely use this excellent company again.
QUICK, great prices and amazing customer service.
I ordered an Asus Vivobook from esupply. It was impossible to find it with the specifications I needed. I found it on esupply!! It was cheaper than anywhere else. I was quoted over a month to get the laptop delivered by other suppliers. Esupply got it to me in less than a week. Quick replies and answers through customer service. Laptop works perfectly. Fantastic company!!

The best customer service I've ever had from an online store.
Ordered a refurbished M.2 SSD from Esupply. Due to arrive tomorrow. Got a really excellent price on it - roughly 1/2 - 2/3 what I would of expected to pay on other sites. I cant speak for the product/packaging quality; but if the customer service is anything to go by I'm expecting no issues.
Honestly the best, most responsive and helpful customer service I've ever experienced from an online store. An agent on their web chat service has gotten back to me both times within 60 seconds and has given me complete assurance before and after making my purchase.
Clearly knowledgeable and helpful team were able to explain the product, shipping and returns policy to me effectively. Also provided me with an additional invoice as soon as I requested one and sent me my tracking details again via the web chat service.
Keep it up, really good work. Will be recommending to friends and returning myself for future upgrades.

Got the item I needed at a good price and it was delivered really quick. Even got a courtesy email (from a person, not a robot!) to check all was good. So many thanks to Owen there.

Good service
This is the first time I have used esupply, I found their website easy to negotiate and I was able to purchase the LG Tv easily. I was sent emails acknowledging the orders, it’s transition and finally delivery details, all within a few hours.
Although the item was delivered late and it was nobody’s fault other than the bizarre weather, Owen at esupply was supportive, and made sure all ended well.
