A great family business that we were fortunate to fall across in Maghull square when looking for an agent to sell our late Aunts house. Not the easiest sale due to various outside factors but the AS team managed the process with top professionalism. Very greatful for their knowledge shown throughout and helping us manage this for us as we were remote.

Alistair Saville did a fantastic job selling our daughter’s house in Aintree. They were very professional and did everything they promised. She is very professional, knowledgeable and tenacious and without her support I don't think we would have reached a successful conclusion. I cant give the team at Alastair Saville enough praise for the job that they did with my house sale. From start to finish they were hardworking, professional but with a very caring touch. They helped me massively with the whole process as at some points the house sale didn't go to plan, through no fault of mine or Alastair Saville.
