I have purchased a few things from Wex over the years, and the service is always very good.
Unfortunately thd same cannot be said for their chosen carrier, left the camera and accessories on the doorstep and left after just one knock on the door...not good enough, fortunately we were home at the time.

I have used WEX for years but not any more. They were unable to deliver a simple order.

Got a few items from WEX via website to store.
Always seems ok delivery via DPD to stores seems good.
Store seems pretty good inside esp the aircon!
A bit overwhelming though for peeps like me with autism/asperger's "overload" plus venturing into Digital from Film cameras so changes!.
Most of the store staff are very helpful but yes there are a few Dinlo's!.
I did speak to helpline at HQ to a Jonathan who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.
As was looking at some lenses and other parts and he explained an upgrade path from my 20D and kept my batteries and grip so got a 50D from WEX along with a Manfrotto tripod head "Magnesium" 500g! instead of my boat anchor 029"1.5kg!.
I did buy a tamron lens that was doing it's own thing with autofocus and billy no mates in store said bring it in will refund!
But HQ lady said take in store check it and will send for a repair which is now being done as like the lens and only one they had. I did some ground work and found a common issue that contacts inside get out of line if dropped etc (DPD)and an easy repair.
Camera is mint even though say's grip discoloured! seems fine to me once been handled a few times screens.controls and view finder mint.

One gripe with website is lack of info on some times. IE tripod how much does it weigh! height! etc
Remember it's your shop window.

WEX is an incredible professional and understanding company. They are superb and extremely pleasant to do business with. I so enjoy doing business with them.

Found a camera I wanted at a reasonable price in today's market. The transaction was easy as I already have an account , and it was delivered as per the email I had received. Lovely camera and in excellent condition.

Happy to buy from this company. An item I bought was reduced in price on the day it arrived, I contacted them and they kindly refunded the difference promptly. It makes such a difference to deal with a company with such good service.
