Very good Web site, and very quick response and despatch of the samples which arrived super quick and are a good quality, my only problem is which tile do I actually like the best, or maybe which would look the best, but thats my problem.

Shocking service. Sent gate with no fixings and now want me to send the gate back so you can send a new one out.
I am a landscaper on a time scale and not prepared to send back to wait for another delivery.
Told don’t have parts in stock!
Unfortunately not my problem and they should be sent on next working day but still not resolved

I ordered 16 acoustic wall panels along with adhesive

When the order was delivered, I was one panel short. The delivery company logged it. It then took another week for the Company to confirm that they were dispatching the missing panel.

I was given a delivery day of today only having been waited in all day for it to be told it wasn't gonna be delivered without any update to when it will be delivered

Not a Company that operates good practice. I've started a project. I can't finish because they've short ordered me. I can't go and get it from somewhere else otherwise it will not match.

In future, anyone receiving orders are incomplete should return the full order

Poor. Delivery was expensive and a pack of tiles were broken on delivery.

Second time using these guys not that I want to find a fault because I cannot understand why anyone wants to drag someone else down however in this society people look for it and I can tell you now I cannot find a fault.
