Took my vehicle in for a service via the fleet company and they were very welcoming. I was given a desk to work from while I waited and complimentary coffee! It made my Friday much easier knowing that I wasn't going to lose any work hours waiting for the vehicle to be serviced.

Good experience with Audi Leeds and felt that i was very well looked after. The service team member Bridget went the extra mile to ensure my car was delivered back to me repaired, and assured me everything would be taken care of after a software recall and some warranty works, Bridget gave me an update on the first day and assured me everything was going to plan, i collected the car the next day, the car was clean and tidy. All the works completed.
so a big thank you to Bridget and the Team :-)

This was my 1st experience of Sytner Group in Bristol. My vehicle was in for a service and repair and my contact was with Jake Martyn.
Jake is one of those people that every business should employ, but rarely do. He was very knowledgeable about the mechanics of the vehicle and very helpful. He also demonstrated his knowledge and features of new Mercedes vehicles, when he showed me around the showroom.
I am delighted to have found a first class dealership for my Mercedes. Thank you to all the other staff and technicians who worked on my car.

My car was recently in for minor repair work and on the previous 2 visits I had asked for the adblue to be topped up, both times this was missed, so I made sure I requested it from two Mercedes staff, guess what I went to pick up my car and it wasn't done again..... pointless offering these top-ups when you don't check or carry out the work

I had a really great experience with the team at VW Sytner North Wales. I already had a PCP contract with the dealership on my current car, but as I was over halfway through the agreement, I fancied an upgrade.

The whole team were incredibly helpful and made the entire experience feel relaxed, enjoyable and completely pressure-free. My sales executive was Aimee Lawler, and she was brilliant from start to finish.

Buying a car can sometimes feel like you're being pushed towards a decision, but that was never the case with Aimee. She made the whole experience fun and relaxed whilst remaining professional throughout. I peppered her with questions about the car specification, and she really knew her stuff. She took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and was extremely helpful when I was weighing up the balance between performance and price.

Very bad Service .Approached many times to fix my Apple play glitch,but no body have any clue how to sort out my problem…not fixed the problem but charged from me for the software updating..

It's always a seamless experience at North Wales Audi. As I have to travel some distance to get there, I usually wait while the work is carried out. The team keeps me updated on the progress throughout, and the facilities allow me to work comfortably while I wait. Overall, they make the whole process very easy and convenient.
