Only received part of the order with no update on when the remainder would arrive.
Emailed ‘customer service’ after a week of hearing nothing only to be told the items were on back order and they have no idea of when they will arrive!!
Why let customers order items that you know are not available and then try to ignore the situation until chased.
Still waiting for the items . . . .

48 pack of toilet rolls was left on my…
48 pack of toilet rolls was left on my front porch step which was wet and it was a rainy day . I was in the entire day and it was my neighbour who noticed the package , fortunately . Contents , thankfully were dry .. although the outer cardboard was wet through in places .

Product sightly damaged
Product sightly damaged. Pack of A3 paper with original paper packet torn at all four corners and several sheets having to be wasted as a result.
Not the first time that's happened.
More annoying still, someone had placed secondary clingfilm type wrapping over the torn original wrapping, presumably to stop it getting worse. So they knowingly sent out a damaged product.
Too much hassle to send it back, but only takes a minute to reply to the review request, so here I am.
