We have just had our third Sharps furniture installation and we can honestly say it gets better every time. Sharps are superb at communicating, both by phone, email and text - the best we have ever experienced from any company. Every member of staff is kind, interested & wants to make the customer experience the best it can be, including the national team as well as the local Norwich team; they coordinate closely and everyone is clear on what needs to happen next - highly impressive. Our designer, Matt Russell, has spent so much time with us to ensure we get exactly the right product for our home, and has come us with some highly creative ideas which have worked wonderfully. The Resident Sharps Surveyor, Alan, is precise, efficient & operates in a highly professional manner and we asked for him to undertake our second and third surveys because of an expert in his field. Most importantly the lead for our installation, Mark Trundell, is so precise we have asked for him personally every time and delayed our start date to wait for him to finish another job. We have difficult beams & bendy walls to negotiate and he is a master craftsman who has completed every job with perfection; plus, Mark is a thoroughly gentle and genuine guy. There is no doubt that Sharps are a 5 star company and that the customer is the centre of their business and they make you feel so; the Norwich team especially Mark and Matt are exceptional & deserve Employee Awards because of their consistently exceptional care, expertise & kindness.

Excellent customer service from beginning to end. Efficient booking of initial quote and subsequent survey. Clear and concise emails detailing appointments, deliveries and installation dates. Materials delivered on schedule and with great care when placed in each room. Dustin Walker installed and fitted our furniture in three rooms. A true craftsman. The lines of the all the doors, drawers and framing were clean and true to the millimetre. Dustin checked with us along the way to make sure we were happy with positioning on interior shelving and drawer/door handles. Every room was protected by plastic sheeting and cardboard during the installation. Each room was left spotlessly clean. We are delighted with the whole Sharps experience and would highly recommend them.

Salesman came round for a quote on Tuesday, spoke to me as if the order was already in the bag right from the start before even getting onto pricing.Measured up the whole room for me but there was a computer problem so the fire and the tv (not his fault) had to be put through again which I didn't mind at all.The overall price given was massively out of our budget, so everything changed after that, I had a very fed up salesman who completely changed his tune, he couldn't understand why we weren't ordering there and then, I just was made to feel awful for not wanting to go ahead, I had to get my husband in from work to get rid of him, he was so upset with us he slammed the door on the way out.We actually weren't going to leave a review because I had a call this morning on the promise I would be called back this afternoon so decided to write this because I have waited all day for the phone call back and its not happened.

The whole experience from the initial appointment with David, the technical review with Graham and the fitting of two large sets of wardrobes by Jason Scott was outstanding.

Jason worked long hours non-stop for 3 days to complete the build. The quality of workmanship is second to none.

From start to finish a positive, helpful and friendly service. We were given great advice, kept up to date with everything and are very happy with the final result. Thanks especially to the fitter, Aaron Baker, he worked so well, was very thoughtful, polite and very tidy.

I would highly recommend Richard. He is a lovely gentleman who came to my house and worked thoroughly and professionally until the job was completely finished.

I’ve had experiences with builders in the past who spend a lot of time chatting and getting distracted, but Richard was completely different. He was focused, respectful of my home and took real pride in his work.

Everything was done exactly as it should be, and I’m extremely happy with the result. It’s refreshing to find someone so reliable, respectful and hardworking. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Richard again.

From the first call the to final day of fitting, the care and attention to detail has been exemplary. I never felt any 'hard sell', the surveyor came up with some excellent ideas and the fitter, Mitchell Turner, was fantastic. His attention to detail, his approach to problem solving, his friendly professional manner, made me so glad I chose Sharps.

Professional and supportive service from initial visit, surveyors follow up, delivery and the final fit. Thank you to all the team. Vitalijis- who built the furniture onsite - was punctual, very tidy in the house and has done a super job with the fit and finish.

Very happy with the finished product. Installed withing a couple of weeks from initial contact. The fitter, Danny Wade, done a fantastic job. Cleaned up each day and very polite. Couldnt be happier.

The whole process was easy and customer service throughout was faultless. Nigel Dryland the fitter was hard working and efficient- got the job done in half the time we expected and to such a high quality.

Bhavesh Vegad was a pleasure to have in my home, installing my bedroom cupboards. He worked hard and the finished look was everything I wished for and more.

The materials are a beautiful finish and I am thrilled with the final look and colour.

Bhavesh kept me informed at every stage - checking the height of the rails, door knobs etc.

The throughout the whole process Sharps were good at keeping me informed of dates, delivery etc. There was a small hiccup to do with the delivery date. I thought it was going to be sooner, ready for a Monday start and not a Wednesday start. However, all the correspondence and emails were otherwise on time and clear.

Bhavesh is clearly highly skilled as an installer and I am so pleased with the final look. I have waited 20 years for new wardrobes and am now excited to have a brand new bedroom style.

A 5 star service from start to finish. All of our dealings from the initial instore visit, buying visit, surveyor visit and finally fitting have been superb. Normally there is one step in the process that is not as good as the rest - but not the case with Sharps. Our fitter, Mick Turner, was a standout. Starting early and doing a full days work, we were amazed at the amount he got done in a day whilst maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail. Very polite and clean (even with the amount of dust that will be generated). Would not hesitate to recommend.

We are delighted with the design and quality of our Bootroom/cupboards provided by Sharps. The whole process from design and survey through to supply and installation was very smooth and professional. Sharps communicated really well throughout the whole process. The complimentary free removal of all leftover materials/packaging was a massive help at the end of the project.

Our two fitters, Damon and Kristina, were absolutely excellent and provided us with a first class job. Everything was precisely and carefully fitted and they helped us with lots of small details to make sure everything was just right for us. Huge thanks to both of you.

I booked their Design Visit to have a designer come to mine and my fiancé's house for a two-hour walkthrough of what work we wanted to have done. I was very impressed that this was a complimentary service they offered and prepared thoroughly for the appointment to make the most of that time.

Three hours before, I received an email from the designer to tell me he was still with another customer so wouldn't make it as planned and asked for more slots next week. I explained to him how disappointed I was about this, particularly given that at the time I was nearly 40 weeks pregnant so time was of the essence. Days have now passed and he's still not responded to me.

Thoroughly disappointing service, terrible time management and a lack of customer decency.

Given the hugely positive reviews on here, this might be a one-off caused by this particular designer, and not a reflection of the company, but I had to share this experience in case others here are in similar positions or are considering booking a Design Visit with this company.

From design to fitting all excellent communication. Designed by Adeeba who was great at offering all options and alternatives as well as being patient with me making changes. The surveyor was great and offered me extras of a cornice that gives a nice finish and reduced the cost a little. Lee Kirk fitted everything and was clean and polite, always checking in with me on progress to ensure I was happy and completed a lovely job. I have had 2 minor issues with damage in transit but Lee has ordered replacements before he finished the job. Would highly recommend as my new bedroom looks lovely

We have just had a media wall fitted and we are really delighted with the finished look.
Good communication throughout and although our original fitter was ill, Sharps immediately organised another fitter to do the job on the same date as promised. Our fitter Filip Mihail was very professional and hardworking and the job was completed on time.
Sharps arranged a company to collect all the packaging and rubbish - again, quick and they arrived as promised.
Our overall experience from booking to finished project was excellent.
