If you have an iphone or Apple product don't waste your money on insurance with Protect Your Bubble it is not worth it! Shoddy repairs with unofficial parts.

Really fustrated with Protect Your Bubble (PYB), been a customer for years paying monthly for my phone insurance. But when I need them they used some less than honest firm to repair the phone via mail order and made the phone worse. Originally a screen replacement, but the phone now doesn't recognise the new screen, it says the camera was replaced which i didn't ask for and now the camera doesn't focus reliably either. Effecitively rendering my iPhone 14 Pro defunct.

I thought PYB was an honest company that used a reputable repairer and would get my phone back to A1 condition with an original Apple screen given the £100+ excess I paid and £15 per month premium. This was not the case they bodged it. So you are paying for a premium insurance product without the premium service.

To top it off I can't even log into my account and cancel the insurance so I will have to ask my bank to cancel the direct debit.

It was quite straightforward navigating the site. The cost of the insurance was very attractive with 20% of. The only problem was that I wanted to pay it in full!

A company that cancels your policy and doesn't tell you about it leaving you thinking your phones are still insured when they aren't. Wouldn't bother. Customer service is horrific also.

I had an administrative issue that needed resolving so I phoned customer services, my call was connected almost instantly, I spoke to a lovely lady called Maria she diligently and professionally rectified the administrative error. I’m very happy with the service I’m receiving.

I bought a pixel 10 pro from you insured it and the phone was defective so I took it back to Currys 2days later and bought a pixel 10pro XL and insured that will you as well , then tried cancelling the pixel 10 pro yh ou told me it had been cancelled but you didn't tell me which one .

Absolute great service and rapid turnaround. Phone came back like new in around 1 week.

Easy to set up and reasonably priced

If I could give them zero I would. Made a claim for losing my phone sent in all relevant documents including TFL’s form for lost items which I did straight away. I was 9 months pregnant and went into labour after 3 months my claim still hadn’t been looked at it was determined there was an error their end. I had to take out a new policy and claim. They said the claims team would call me I got a phone call it was not the claims team but the FRAUD team apparently my lost phone was flagged. I asked for clarification they couldn’t give it to me. When I had lost my phone with o2 years ago i didnt have any of the issues. Was accused of lying absolutely horrible customer service and now I’m paying for an expensive contract in a cheap phone whic they are refusing to replace

It’s easy to understand the terms and condition and the amount paid is very affordable.

Easy to use and quick

Surprised to see, plethora of positive reviews here in few weeks itself from 3% to 4.4.
Bought laptop worth merely £300 from amazon, and 2 years insurance from amazon itself from this vendor protectyourbubble.
Now laptop returned being faulty within warranty period and amazon refunded full amount obviously.
This vendor, only returned 50% premium despite having NO reason to keep my premium and their own policy claiming that warranty period has no insurance claim. Also, they asked for pics and address details for £300 laptop to be sent for repairs..lol...in this day and age, it's not a macbook but a cheap laptop they wanted to repair.... beware of positive reviews...that spurred in few weeks...
