A great service from start to finish.

I have used The Cotswolds Company on many occasions. The products are stylish and good value for money. This review is for the delivery and assembly of two simply Cotswolds triple wardrobes, and a chantilly chest of drawers.
Ross and Gavin were on time and treated our property with respect. They were very friendly and assembled the wardrobes efficiently. When they were in place they helped me adjust the position so that I was happy with them. Thank you very much.
Unfortunately, there is a slight problem with the quality of the wardrobes, but customer services have been very helpful in giving me options to resolve this issue.

The cotswold company emailed me with dates to choose from for my delivery, this was great as I could choose a day I wasn't at work. The night before I was text a timeframe to expect delivery.
The delivery team arrived within that timeframe and were the nicest pair of guys (Marlon & Damian) they took the time to ask me where everything was going, accommodated my wishes to the letter. They even unboxed everything and took the packaging away with them. Could not of asked for a better service.
The furniture (chantilly white) is absolutely stunning and very well made. I would 100% buy from the cotswold company again. Very happy!

Everyone involved, from the day of purchase to delivery, are such helpful friendly people. Bought our bedroom furniture from the Norwich branch, what great customer service and furniture is such great quality.

Just thought I would put a review of the Chelmsford store as they have always been mega helpful (Super Helen) in particular, but having said that they are all really nice!!
After agonising about getting all new dining room furniture we decided to get the Inglesham Oak small kitchen island to finish off, only to find it was out of stock, Helen found one for us (many thanks) and it all arrived yesterday, we are thoroughly delighted.

Delighted with my new bookcase from Cotswold Company (Chester Classic Cream Large Bookcase). It's a quality piece of furniture and looks great on my landing. I was so pleased with my purchase, I bought another bookcase from the same company the following week. Special mention to delivery guys Jemaine and Said who took immense care unpacking the bookcase, carefully carrying it up to the first floor and setting up the shelves and showing me how to fix it to the wall. They took away all the packaging, so I could enjoy using the bookcase straight away. For this order I paid extra for delivery to first floor, unpacking, setting up and having the cardboard taken away - I note some reviews mention disappointment that this wasn't done. For my second bookcase order, because it was a smaller piece, I chose to save money by unpacking the bookcase myself, setting it up and carrying it upstairs. Plus disposing of the cardboard. This extra effort took me at least an hour, so if you're thinking of saving money, consider that the extra payment for unpacking and set up may be worth it! Especially if you have to carry the furniture upstairs.

Stewart and Jacques were fantastic. Took all the packaging off and allowed us to inspect the furniture before carrying it two flights of stairs and putting it in our chosen positions. They were polite and friendly. Couldn't have been better.

Paid over £2000 in full for furniture. The first three items to be delivered within 10 days. The second item to be 5 to 6 weeks.
First delivery was missing the desk. Was told they would contact me to sort this out. They didn't. I had to ring them they assured me they would sort out the problem and confirm within a day or two. They didn't. I understand problems happen with this company their administrative incompetence is your problem to sort out not theirs. The 5 to 6 weeks for one of the items changed to 14 to 16 weeks within days of accepting my payment in full. Online customer service take days to respond and then require me to complete their administrative work for them.
