I placed an order in March. Fast forward to the end of June and I'm still waiting.

My first order was rejected for some apparent delivery issues, but I was never informed that it was returned. I had to chase them for an update and when they said they'd resend it, they indeed didn't send it for weeks. Once more, I had to chase them only be told they never sent it. It's currently on its way, but I only believe it when i see it. Shocking service for a premium priced product. These poi aren't cheap. It you want to be a company selling premium products, act like it.

When I called out their lax apologies and horrible handling they also did nothing to compensate their incompetence and the inconvenience they caused me.

First and last time ordering with them.

I paid for the 2 day express shipping and after two weeks of ignoring my emails and not sending the order, they randomly cancelled it and refunded my money because I put my work address. They didnt contact me to update the address, just cancelled. I will never shop there again.

Still waiting for my package to arrive. Its been over 2 months and still havent received my package. Also tried so many times to contact them and they just ignored me or gave me half awnsers and still dont help me

I have paid everything when i have placed the order, including delivery (to europe, italy), and when the carrier came to deliver the order (after waiting few long weeks) he asked again for delivery fee. I have contacted the home of poi support afterwards to ask why the carrier asked for delivery fee again and they responded saying the price is for taxes. When i have asked what taxes they responded "custom duty taxes?" exactly like this. Bad customer support and I have ended up paying more than 60 euro in total for delivery (initial delivey taxes at the time of placing the order, plus these invented custom duty taxes). They are not serious and the customer service is not helping and they are also treating customers with ironic atitude. I do not recommend ordering from them. Terrible experience (oh and they ship from Hong Kong). Also, the fire fans that I have ordered are not comfortable (the space for the fingers where you hold the fans is too tight).

I would give this 5 stars but for the time it took to reach me, which is really no fault of the biz. This frisbee fly's very nicely and the lights modes exceeded my expectations; the static mode is very cool. It's very bright; you can even see it during daylight. I bought it for a birthday gift and it didn't arrive in time due to covid19 and usps so if you need it by a specific date you might should be prepared to wait but, it's definitely worth the wait and customer service was great keeping me posted thru my acct as to tracking specs. My birthday boy is obsessed with it!

Product was great, glow ball poi ropedart, until it broke.

I got what I want in the delay but feel like the confirmation wasn't really great. But you can trust them.

I ordered the 'Single LED Multifunction Flying Disc' three times from them. The kids, and adults, have a lot of fun with it. It has multiple light up functions as stated. It arrived each time in just under 3 weeks from the other side of the world.

I recently purchased a levistick from homeofpoi.

It arrived very quickly (2 days later. considering it came from New Zealand it was very impressive!) and when I opened my parcel not only had they given me my levistick, but I had money off vouchers for all my friends, and every time they used my discount I get money in my homeofpoi account! fantastic marketing move!

I really recommend this company to whomever wants to buy circus/juggling/performance equipment.
