Would give them 0 stars if possible. An item they sent me was delivered to the wrong address (I have proof!) and they won't respond to my messages about it. I tried phoning the number on their website, but when I said "Gamesbite" the person who answered hung up on me! Furthur calls went straight to voice mail. Unbelievable customer service!

Absolute awful customer service whereby they don't adhere to distance buying and selling regulations. Incredibly unhelpful and damn right rude on telephone and via email. Avoid at all costs!

I was.supposed to receive a full refund of a controller "i" purchased which i couldnt use WITHOUT the usb they were supposed to provide, now i have received an email saying i have been refunded and there isno money there!!! Defo telling my mates ect to.avoid this bulls**t company

Ordered 3mth gold membership, knew it would have to wait until office hours. So waited and order had been closed, phoned and was told I didnt pass system checks and had been declined and money would be refunded. What checks?? Its not a loan or credit, I pay you for something and you give me my product. Money has been taken to clearly that wasnt the issue, what is?? Guy on the phone couldnt even tell me what I had failed, useless. Used to be happy with gamesbite, not anymore!!

I wanted to buy xbox gift cards to cover £35 pounds which wasn't available in one gift card so I was aiming to buy a £25 and a £10. The web page said you could only buy one in a transaction - but said nothing about having then to wait 18 hours before buying another. This only became apparent after I had bought the first one.

So...I went elsewhere for the other one and will be very cautious in future before committing with Gamesbite.

They promise to send code with Microsoft Points ASAP. After 1,5 day no answer, no code, nothing!!! ONE HUGE LAY.

I ordered MS Points which were meant to be an instant code, sadly I ordered late evening and due to a problem the code was not sent to me until the next morning.
