Does not deliver and unresponsive - this place is not recommended!!!!
Purchasd face wash 28 August 2026.
Received a single confirmation email along 5 marketing emails.
Received no more progress emails. Several days ago i followed up several times and via several channels - via email, via text and called.
Received multiple variations of an auto or response saying things have been escalated but why on day 15 have I not been provided with details. Avoid avoid avoid !!!

I would give them zero stars if that were an option. Misleading shipping timeframes and website information, extremely long shipping wait times, poor customer service with lame automated replies and no one ever answers the listed contact number….avoid them at all costs, the word scammers is very befitting.

Very very disappointed with Cosmetics Now experience so far!!! Very poor customer service, They take 7-12 days to dispatch the order and for goodness sake how long will it take to get delivered. I purchased from them over a week ago I still don't have tracking number of my order because it is not yet dispatched.

I placed an order with Cosmetics Now on 8 August and paid $120. The order is still showing as “processing,” with no meaningful update, no dispatch confirmation and no perfume.

I have contacted the company asking for an update and have received no response whatsoever. Taking a customer’s money and then failing to supply the product or respond to enquiries is completely unacceptable. At this point, I am seriously concerned about the legitimacy of this company and feel as though I have been defrauded.

I have spent $120 and have absolutely nothing to show for it. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend staying away from Cosmetics Now.

Worst delivery service not worth the wait time. Have written multiple emails and no response over the last week. Ordered nearly two months ago and haven’t received the full items. And have stoped responding. Also after waiting so long I’m still expecting the item. Wouldn’t waste my time on ever purchasing again!

I placed a order on the 11th and still not shipped. I have contacted them via there website twice and have received no response.

I placed an order with Cosmetics Now on 5 August 2026. I received a confirmation email with tracking information. When my parcel was not received within a reasonable time frame being from Victoria to South Australia i became a bit alarmed. Further tracking information on my account dated 11 August at 8:40pm AST, states parcel location is “transit to Melbourne fulfilment facility” and this has not been updated since. It is now 23 August and no further information has been forthcoming either by email update or on my customer account. My emails have not been answered either. The telephone number provided has an answering service stating their team is busy and sends a text link where again that does not lead to anything being answered on any level by anyone at Cosmetics Now Customer Service. I am extremely regretful to have not read many other reviews where customers have experienced the same terrible service by this company, as I would never have ordered from them. Now I have to chase a refund that I hope will be honoured before I need to take my complaint further. It is very disappointing that there is an extreme lack of integrity with Cosmetics Now.
I hope that opinion will change, but only if someone contacts me about my order or that it will be received within the next week!?

One month later, and I still have not received the perfume that was meant for a birthday two weeks ago. No point they have a team that responds promptly, but the product takes so long to arrive.

Honestly, CosmeticsNow has been one of the most frustrating online stores I’ve ever dealt with. I contacted them multiple times and they just ignored every single message — not even a basic “we got your email.” At this point I’m convinced their customer service is run out of a ghost town.

Right after paying, I noticed their listing photo showed one fragrance while the description was for a completely different one. I spelled out the difference clearly, asked them to cancel the order and issue a refund because the listing was misleading… and shocker: silence. Not once did they reply.

If a store can’t bother responding to customers — especially when the mistake is their own incorrect product photo and description — that’s a massive red flag. Misleading listings, terrible communication, and zero support. If you enjoy being ignored and receiving the wrong item, this is the store for you. I won’t be ordering from them again.

Worst online business. They take orders, then customer will just keep waiting, week after week, month after month. They dont bother to update customer at all, when followed up get standard cut & paste meaningless messages telling nothing. Their Australian contact number when called gets voice message stating all staff are busy attending calls from customer, which is a lie. They dont bother to take call or call back customer, instead prefer to communicate only on texts with meaningless responses telling nothing. After making me wait to get any update on order delivery status for a month, they then started saying on every message, "we are sorry take refund". This very much suggest that they take orders without product in stock and without warning customer of delays, expected lengthy timeline because they themselves do not know. Wasted more than month and decided to take refund, as they after a month could not give me expected delivery date. Dodgy, unethical business, stay away.

Horror show. 3 weeks & its still not been sent. Phone number isnt real, 4 emails & no responses.
Pretty sure its a fraud, im sending it to ACCC. They can keep their stolen money but I will lodge the complaint coz its disgusting.
How are they even still open. I can see it all over the reviews

What’s with the delivery turnaround. They say Express post from Melbourne but no tracking or email response from these guys. $360 purchase & waiting on the goods. They need to lift their game. Unhappy :(

I placed an order two weeks ago, warehouse is 20km away, products not arrived, two emails to customer service unanswered.

I ordered two hair care products from cosmetics now. & only one item was delivered yet the check sheet had the two products included. I have sent an email regarding this on the day of the delivery. This was last week. I still haven’ received a reply regarding the missing item. I won’t be using this company again.

Easy to deal with when you have a query. Quick email responses. Polite and courteous. Gives me confidence in online ordering.
