A hidden gem that chatgpt found me - Rinesh was absolutely brilliant right from the start. He understood exactly what I was looking for and didn't try to sway me or upsell, which I massively appreciated. He just got it, and efficiently, patiently and calmly helped me. The pricing is incredible - I feel as though I got the best possible price, beating anything I could find online. I am very happy with the speed, kindness and understanding he had. The products purchased, were perfect for my needs. Its a shame we couldnt source the very specific fridge I wanted, but Rinesh still went out of his way to help me find a close match elsewhere. I was looking for a Liebherr, but ended with a Samsung. Thank you Rinesh and team. Side note; the delivery drivers were brilliant. Very careful and lovely.
