My go to site everytime to save money and get amazing deals. Site is very easy to use and rewards come through very quickly, brilliant service highly recommended

Used an offer to purchase tyres with the promise of a voucher if I purchased.
No confirmation of reward, had to email customer services who said it could take up to 120 days to validate & verify my purchase before I receive it.
2 months later and nothing except constant spammy emails with more offers.
I have now unsubscribed and uninstalled the app, doubt the voucher was ever going to appear, they should be able to verify purchases quickly if not immediately. Not prepared to have another 2 months being bombarded with emails whilst I wait for them to do nothing.

There's always lots of Offers often look at the site.

Apllied 2 voucher codes to 2 return jurney for Stena and ended up with no discount. This appears to be a scam.

For a reward to track on our end you would need to ensure you have followed the terms and conditions. If a reward does not track due to not accepting cookies, not completing the purchase on the reward link etc, we do not earn commission in order to fund the gift card.

Not accepting cookies generally prevents websites from tracking your browsing habits, but it does not stop them from tracking your email address if you voluntarily enter.

Had to sent proof of emails policy time date etc of purchase a lot of hard work to finally get my voucher

Through using Vouchercloud I've been able to save money on getting my car serviced and MOT'd. It's always worth checking out the deals before making a purchase as there are so many deals to choose from. It isn't complicated, it's quick, easy and straightforward. It's my 'go to' place whenever I'm about to make a purchase. It's saved me £££'s!

Used the link to order with Dunelm and £15 GC did not appear in pending so I emailed customer support who advised it would take 120 days to receive my GC. Customer service emails with Kavitha.O were excellent and she quickly replied to emails. On day 120 my voucher hadn’t appeared so I emailed again and it was manually activated. I feel if I hadn’t emailed and followed up I would never have received the GC. I won’t be so keen to use knowing it’s a 120 day wait…

Tracking for a £10 Morrisons was not paid three times despite checking out straight after clicking the link. Voucher cloud claimed the cookies. I am a web developer and know this to be rubbish. Are they running a con? I closed my account and will never use them again.

UPDATE 15/05/26: After escalation and providing my ASA reference, Vouchercloud manually verified the transaction and issued the £75 reward. Satisfied with the manual resolution, though the automated system still has flaws.

I am a Precision Engineer and I have the data to prove this reward is being wrongfully withheld. Vouchercloud's system (Ref: 1000032903.jpg) incorrectly claims I didn't purchase within 24 hours. My AA policy (Membership: 6356 0115 6031 5014) was activated and purchased on the same day, 22/02/2026, for £198.24. I have provided transaction proof to support agents multiple times, but they have exceeded their 10-day investigation window. This is a technical failure they are using to avoid paying out. I am now filing a formal complaint with the ASA for misleading trade practices. Manual override required immediately.

Clicked through to Holiday Extras through the vouchercloud email received 03/05/26 up to 75% off airport parking.Site loaded up fine so made the booking,saw a blue vouchercloud box up the top but no confirmation that it worked.Later checking my e-mails it says retry so I guess thats a no then.No point bothering.

My recent purchase was activation, l received the confirmation email. My account showed the purchase was waiting to be verified etc. the rewards had then disappeared. l contacted them and they said they cant do anything as the rewards didn’t track on my account! This could be due to not accepting cookies, having blockers in place, browsing incognito, or not completing your order on the original link within 24 hours of sign-in. I now use Vouchercodes,co,uk which always works.

Seems they try not to give you the vouchers. I used a link to pay for Heathrow Airport Parking and got confirmation that I had used the link. I contacted them after waiting for 5-months, the potential excuses for not tracking this despite their confirmation were:

‘not accepting cookies, having blockers in place, browsing incognito, or not completing your order on the original link within 24 hours of sign-in’.

Definitely wouldn’t trust them or use them again. There are better and more reliable cashback websites.

I've attempted the Morrisons £10 Gift Card with £55 spend offer soooo many times and "accepted the cookies" It just doesn't work and contacting them to complain is futile. The alternative Vouchercodes website has worked everytime without issues, and are easy to contact, so I'd recommend using them where you can
