I’ve been using Prime Loops for probably about 2 years now on and off. One thing is for certain, their customer service is excellent. Super responsive and quick to help with anything on the website/transaction page. Not to mention the samples are fire 🔥🔥

Overall I love samples, all very well labeled and easy to import into any DAW.

I've been buying samples and loops from Prime Loops for over 10 years. These guys work with the best studios/musicans in the business and get the clearest, cleanest, best produced sounds and tracks I've ever heard. Customer service has always been on point and quick to respond. Highly recommend.

This is my Favourite place to get high-quality samples. They always deliver on time, and everything is top quality. I am super happy with the results. Online support is always there for all queries and needs and replies in a timely fashion. I Would and will always highly recommend PRIMELOOPS.

Support never replies.. Have been waiting for months.
They only react with a standard email here on trustpilot and ghost you..
Don't recommend ordering anything here unless you want to lose your money

If you have an issue you are lost because support never replies - Not even after complaining here or on other review websites. They just write a reply to act like they care

Submitted several new tickets - Still No reply ...

We have never received our last payment of +800 GBP
Send several emails past years but they just do not care to reply.
Very dishonest people running this company. Think twice before dealing with them!

Update: Still no reply after 3 weeks. Maybe you should resolve your old open tickets?

Their content seems good, but I can't really tell... I've tried multiple times with different cards to make a purchase from their website, but the payment never went through. Now I'm kind of worried that they obtained my card information for no reason.
