Well they’re asking for feedback… so I was shocked to receive my lovely Greenpan frying pan in a just a bag with one layer of bubble wrap that wasn’t secured inside. I wasn’t surprised to see it had a gauge on the rim.

The laughable thing is when receiving my return instructions it said “place inside a study box “. Really?!!

I recently bought a series of phones and found that two would not link up with the base. Ligo offered to take back the phones or to trouble shoot the problem,. With their guidance the problem was resolved. I previously gave them a 2 out of 5 review because of the problem, On reflection this was a problem not of Ligo but of B.T. and their Chinese manufacturer. Ligo did all they could to resolve the situation to my satisfaction.

I have to be honest and say absolutely fantastic from order to delivery.
And they communicate with you unlike a lot of online retailers.
