I was served by Liam Garrick who was absolutely amazing! His customer Service was top notch and very professional. He answered all my questions and was very patient with me. I give him 10 stars to be fair.
I was not happy collecting a car that hadn't been washed and had no fuel.

Good customer service the only disappointment they could not finish the service,as on Saturday closed at 1Pm.did have to reabook to get it finish which is annoying.

Booking the appointment went fine and I was well received by Jaz Hans. She explained all the arrangements for fitting the dash cam and having the software upgrade . Jaz later rang me to let me know that my car would be available to collect @ 1000 the following day. Although the car was cleaned and the fittings had been made, the camera and instruction book were just left on my passenger seat. I had expected, and asked for, advice on operating the camera but none was forthcoming. Jaz tried to find someone but none were available. I expect a call from Jaz on Tuesday and hope that someone will be available to provide the help requested.

I had a fantastic experience at BMW Sytner Oldbury and would give the service a well-deserved 10/10. Chris Round was excellent throughout—professional, friendly and extremely helpful. Everything was handled smoothly and efficiently, making the whole experience stress-free.

Recently had the 1st year maintenance. Nothing was too much trouble & the service was exceptional. Anthony the aftersales manager came & introduced himself & made the visit memorable. When finished the car was handed back to us perfectly clean, inside & out. I can’t recommend this Maserati aftersales enough!

If there was a nought, the Northampton branch would get it. The Fawlty Towers of Sales. Hanging around, uncleaned car, delayed agent due to sales meeting ongoing.....and the ultimate swearing by an employee as he came down the stairs from said meeting-in front of waiting custmers. We shall have fun telling this story at dinner parties. At least the experience wasn't average.

I popped into Sytner BMW Oldbury to find out more about the iX models as I’m looking to replace my company car and was really impressed by the service.

Holly on reception went out of her way to find someone to help me while the sales team were busy and even started showing me the cars herself until Carl was available. Carl was incredibly helpful and professional, despite knowing I wouldn’t actually be purchasing through them due to our company car portal. He took the time to show me the models in the showroom as well as an iX2 that was outside awaiting collection and even followed up by emailing me the brochures.

It’s the little things that make such a difference. Thank you Holly and Carl for making me feel so welcome and valued — now that’s what I call great customer service! 👏🏻

Standards of customer service have dropped significantly since my last couple of visits.
Since the closure of the Bedford dealership Sytner MK are completely over stretched.
A service visit with a projected two/three hour wait took most of the day.
Major issue was a complete lack of communication when asking for updates.
Staff appear demorolised.

This is my fourth BMW in the last three months and my tenth in the last five years, so it’s fair to say I’m a loyal BMW customer. Most of my cars have come through the Sytner Group, and while the BMW brand is what keeps me coming back, it’s the people at the dealership who make the real difference.

BMW Tamworth has genuinely delivered the best dealership experience I’ve had to date.

I reserved the car the evening before, and from the moment I arrived the next morning, I was made to feel welcome. Lisa Brueton greeted me with a warm, friendly smile that immediately put me at ease and gave me confidence that I was in the right place.

Ash took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for before introducing me to Joe, who was knowledgeable, organised, and thoroughly professional throughout the process. I was particularly impressed that all recall work had already been completed before the car was advertised—a small detail that speaks volumes about the dealership’s standards and preparation.

A special thank you to Ethan, who was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He was honest, approachable, and genuinely listened to what I needed. The speed at which the whole team turned everything around was remarkable, and the level of communication throughout was first-class.
