THEY DO NOT PAY BACK!! I have given my IBAN and PayPal account with screenshots and they continue to say that these do not work. I´ve even given my friends!! It´s been 2 months and I still not receive the money back (25 EUR).

It´s outrageous, HORRIBLE CLIENT SERVICE!!! Save all the trouble, BUY INSTEAD IN ZALANDO and ASOS!!!

I paid for express shipping to New Zealand $19.99. 4 days pass still no delivery. I contact amarex(shipping service) & boohoo online via email. No reply. I then head to twitter and make an inquiry with the boohoo help team there. Where I was helpfully dealt with from Saif . Who cleared everything up for me. I’ve been notified my delivery is definitely on its way it’s just going to be a little late. But I will be totally refunded. I’m a happy camper. Thanks again SAIF ❤️

My order wasn't delivered but on a email they said that it was and i had to contact them and if I didn't get furious they would have lest me without anything! On top of it I paid extra for a next day delivery by the time it has been sorted out it took a week! so a bit desappointed by that but it happenned only once so lets give them another chance!

Item arrived promptly and was best price 'new' on line.

I am over the moon with the service provided by Boohoobaby. I have used them before and will continue to, with their free delivery service which is super fast and no hidden charges.

I worked with huan the company behind boohoobaby and the other 13 websites such as hipfurniture and gardenersworld.com. And I was only working there for about three months untill the boss started treating stuff unfairly and not paying me the right wage. But that's all huan is out to do is scam people for there money so I would advice everyone who reads this to stay as far away from this site as possible or be ready to get scammed.

one month...no answers to emails or calls....
I ordered easel for my girl for over 120 euro.... I am not willing to wait without knowing what is happening, will my order arrive ever or not.... Opened a dispute on paypal.
Does that company exists at all???

After ordering a product on boohoobaby.ie, the website first send me confirmation of sending my order and then a cancellation e-mail.
One month after I still don't had any news of my item, this one was supposed to be back in stock and cost me 99€ .
Today one month after, I still don't have any news of them even after sending multiples e-mails to boohoobaby.

Really unhappy....

Ordered a garage for my sons birthday, said it would take 4 weeks so I cancelled but 4 weeks later no refund despite an email saying I'd get it in 7 -10 days, 3 emails and numerous phone calls later from me. Really really disappointing, I could really do with that €108.90 right now.

I ordered a twin stroller from boohoobaby.ie. I got a strange confirmation email from gardener's world and nothing else. They never answered/emails calls until I disputed the sale with paypal. Then all they said is they don't have it in stock and I'd have to wait. No idea when they would have it but wouldn't return my money. Joke company.

I read some poor reviews of this site but I paid via PayPal just in case I had any issues.I received the goods after 4 and a half weeks so it was a little slow but I am delighted with the purchase as I saved a lot by comparison to the prices offered on other websites. I received an email apology regarding the delay so I could not ask for more.

I purchased a baby carrier from boohoobaby.ie on jan 23 rd and should have had it at the latest last Thursday. I emailed them to seek my order status as their '24 hour' customer service no was disconnected. I have so far sent five emails, and am yet to get a response. I can only assume they are gone bust. I used the website in the past with no problems which is why I placed my order so quickly this time. The payment was taken out of my credit card straight away and at the moment it is frozen while my credit card company look into them. I am so annoyed because all I want is the product I purchased!
